So... Erm... Here's a question I feel more comfortable asking here than RL people...

Are your orgasms different?
Pre pregnancy orgasms were certainly "better" but now they're less "intense" and I feel like I can't squeeze/grip as tightly when I come DH says it all feels the same to him but I'm mourning my intense orgasms and am wondering it its not unusual?

Can't grumble, it's a bit more careful so different that way but can't really tell a difference.

Off to my 20 week scan in a bit. Hoping to find out the sex soon! Really desperate to know now.

God this list is getting longer by the day! I have a consultant appointment next week and then next scan in 2 weeks but we are firmly remaining team yellow. I am very surprised by how many of us are team yellow, whenever it gets mentioned in conversation at work or whilst I'm out and about, loads of people are surprised that we won't be finding out the sex!!

Im 17 weeks today and my bump feels huge especially for my first.. anyone else feeling on the huge size? i had a meltdown to my DH saying i feel huge and too big for 17 weeks.

cnchapman I'm 17w5d now and my bump also feels massive (my first baby as well). I found out yesterday a colleague is due the week after me and there is no bump evident at all.

My big bump is reassuring the other half, as he's glad to know the sprog is growing

As I'm a first-timer not sure how helpful my advice is, but I'm pretty sure all bump's are as different as women's bodies. I have resigned myself to being in mat jeans from now until the big day (and possibly a few months after!) As it says in the baby book I got: "when you're pregnant, big is definitely beautiful" !!

thats re assured me :) thankyou.. i dont know why im getting emotional and upset like you said all women carry differently and it could be im huge now and wont get any bigger haha! But same OH always calls me bump now..

cnchapman my bump felt enormous on friday and saturday, but it seems to have gone down a little by now but it's still big. I'm guessing bloating + mini bump = huge bump! it's my first too so didn't expect it so soo. I sort of like it, it's making me look more pregnant and less fat!

Thanks Bigfam, I’m not sure their worlds extend too far beyond their own noses yet… it’s going to be a shock to the system when this LO arrives!

We're joining team pink again! Really pleased as I think DD will love having a baby sister. Plus they are going to have to share a room so that makes it easier in some ways. Oh, and we've saved all of DD's baby clothes so we're pretty set clothing wise for a long time. Lol!

I would love to have my bump showing!!! I think pregnant bumps are just so magical and make people smile!! Be big and proud!!

I keep looking at mine but it's mostly podge I don't think it should be so large at 20 weeks!

My scan isn't until the end of the month, I'll be 21+3, it feels like ages away!

Bump has well and truly popped now, there's no hiding it. I've been buying a few things (got a bargain Jumperoo from Amazon prime day) but I can't get too much because the baby won't have a room until we've finished the house, which should start in Sept. Only minor work to do - splitting a large room in two, moving doors and a new dormer window but we are waiting to have the green light from the planning dept. I think it will be very disruptive but it need doing.

We've thought of some names but we can't really agree on any!

cncchapman im huge too and my colleague is 3 weeks behind and seems smug she's put no weight on yet! I feel very big but I like my bump Id rather have a bump than just extra wobble. I think I have put on a stone at 17 weeks xx

I finally have a bump! I'm carrying very very low though and have put weight on my hips and thighs. Weighed myself this morning and have gained 2.5kg (5.5 pounds) so far which is within the normal range (albeit on the lower end) of weight gain for a woman in Week 17. Haven't been eating as much as I should as I've been really ill recently. I can still hide bump in lose tops but dresses, especially clingy maternity dresses, it's impossible to tell I'm not pregnant. Yay!

Had two people this afternoon come up and congratulate me. Guess the secret's out, bump is now officially bump and not potentially just a bit of extra weight that people are not confident enough to assume is bump!!
I don't think I've put weight on elsewhere, size 8 maternity jeans fit with room, so bump is all out front.
19+1 today. Just two days until 20w scan. Time is standing still!!!
