It did, Wuzzy, in that there's a baby in there, good for dates. There's a big haematoma next to it though, which may yet end things - I've been told to rest up and have a repeat scan on Weds.

Beelzebubble · 10/04/2016 12:41

I've absolutely no symptoms at all today. Not one.

CakeAndChocolate · 10/04/2016 13:48

Just came on here to say that I am worrying as my symptoms have drastically reduced over the last 3/4 days and I see that I am not alone.

Really sorry so many of us are worrying and anxious, but thank you for all the positive thoughts and sensible words given to the others, they have comforted me too (slightly!).

I've got 18 days until my scan, hopefully I can make it and there will be a healthy little baby in there.

StarkyTheDirewolf · 10/04/2016 13:57

Me neither, symptom-wise, I'm just hungry! That's about it. Stressful

FuzzyOwl · 10/04/2016 14:17

Will be thinking of you on Wednesday Chat and sending lots of positive thoughts.

Hopefully another positive from all of us worrying about few/no symptoms is that there are clearly lots of us that are similar so that should be reassuring that it is clearly common to feel how we do.

Hi all, well I was getting a bit worried too as symptoms seemed to mild if that makes sense? However this weekend have been obsessed with sharp flavours! Fizzy haribo, sour lemon drinks and pineapple are suddenly heaven to taste. Dh thinks I'm just being weird

coppergrey · 10/04/2016 15:53

My symptoms definitely come and go. At the moment tiredness is the overriding one, I just want to sleep all the time!

I think 'today I am pregnant' is a really good way to channel the positive thinking. One day at a time. Sending lots of love to Team November! Flowers

MoreCakeMoreCake · 10/04/2016 16:08

needanewjob me too - grapefruit juice today has been the best thing ever. And sherbet lemons!

Just done our online shop - grapefruit juice, tinned pink grapefruit, oven chips and white bread Blush

coppergrey · 10/04/2016 16:47

Speaking of symptoms, today my twitchy eye is back - before I knew I was pregnant this was my first clue. It had been twitching for 2 weeks so I googled it and it auto-filled the search term to 'twitchy eye pregnancy'!

So, hello twitchy eye. Nice to have you back.

Moggysinger · 10/04/2016 17:07

Sorry to hear there's a few feeling anxious Sad Ive also had fewer symptoms over the past couple of weeks - nausea and appetite much curbed, and the fatigue I felt in the early days has pretty much gone. But I've relaxed much more since reaching 9 weeks as I thought the stats were much lower for not miscarrying after this point.

But this is my first ever pregnancy and so far I've been lucky in that I've not had the horrible experience of miscarriage so I guess my naivety is my barrier. I can't imagine the worry of being pg if you've been through a mc, especially a missed mc. Thinking of you all who have been through that Flowers

RuskBaby · 10/04/2016 17:15

coppergrey may I ask please how long this normally lasts? I've had a twitchy left eye for 4 weeks now and the right one has just started too.

almondbutter · 10/04/2016 17:30

Heading into week 10 next week and app tells me I can expect this to be peak knackeredness week so have cleared diary (but for booking appt on Friday down the road). If it's possible for someone to be less productive and more tired than I am already, I will be impressed. Any of you in/through week 10 (guess that would be those of you due in the first few days of Nov) and finding it easier or harder than thought?

coppergrey · 10/04/2016 17:58

Hi Rusk, I have no idea - last time it was twitching it last about 2-3 weeks, maybe? And then stopped. It's just started up again now so I'll let you know how long it goes for! I think it's actually mostly to do with tiredness rather than actual pregnancy, but because tiredness is a symptom of pregnancy I guess the twitchy eye becomes one too by proxy.

almond, I'll be 10 weeks when I head to the USA for a 10 day walking/eating/staying with friends extravaganza so might start getting my rest in now! Confused

FuzzyOwl · 10/04/2016 18:07

I had no idea about the twitchy eye being a symptom but I definitely had that last pregnancy and it lasted for ages!

onthemetro · 10/04/2016 18:29

Really struggling today with fatigue, I'm so incredibly tired. Slept for 12 hours last night, got up for a bit, had a nap, had some food, had another nap! I have work I need to do but I was just zoning out when trying to do it. Don't know how I'm going to cope in work tomorrow, its just wiping me out completely.

The chippy is providing dinner tonight, I can't wait. Salt and grease and fat, yum! So worried that I'm overdoing it with the crap food and I swear I'm not using being PG as an excuse to eat rubbish but I just can't seem to stop because of sickness/tiredness.

Flowers for those feeling anxious, it's something that I keep worrying about too. I do like that thought of 'today I am pregnant' (sorry can't remember who said that), I'm going to try and keep that in mind.

Canters15 · 10/04/2016 18:51

For anyone worrying about lack of symptoms, mine have got much better over last few days and I know for a fact all is OK in there. So I don't think it means too much really. The worry is so hard, I think we just have to do our best to stay sane!

Pyxie · 10/04/2016 19:40

Hi ladies, been following the thread for a while but I thought I'd better introduce myself. I'm 9+5 going by my dates (lmp puts me further ahead but I have long cycles). I have my booking in appointment on Friday so I'm hoping they'll give me my scan date then. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in Nov so I'm a bit nervous but trying to be optimistic!
No morning sickness here either, just sore boobs and tiredness/insomnia.

FuzzyOwl · 10/04/2016 20:30

Hope work is ok tomorrow onthemetro.

Reassuring to know Canters and I am very much of a view right now that there is nothing I can do either way except hope all is ok and assume the best until I have evidence of anything else. I just hope this new found view of mine last for a few more weeks as it is much easier to deal with than being pessimistic all the time.

Hello and welcome Pyxie. I hope your booking appointment goes well and you don't have long to wait for your scan. Staying optimistic is definitely helping me stay sane.

Jamjar12 · 10/04/2016 20:34

Hi Pyxie! I have booking appointment on Friday too :)

Just had a ham and cheese and onion crisp sandwich for dinner and it was delicious! Loved every bite! Then my husband decided he wanted to grill some chicken to put in his sandwich (in protest that we don't ever have dinner anymore) and the smell is filling the house! I've got a scarf over my face and trying hard not to throw up. Grrrr. I can eat almost anything for lunch but so fussy in the evenings!

I also had a real craving for chocolate earlier so bought a ton of different types from Sainsbury's and by the time I got home, the thought of eating chocolate churned my stomach. This is so annoying! I wouldn't mind if it was predictable or consistent lol.

almondbutter · 10/04/2016 20:46

pyxie and jamjar also booking in Friday. Planning to take sack of dried apricots and vat of Lucozade. Looking forward to hearing how your appointments went.

copper will you be able to tell the people you're seeing in the States why you're so exhausted? Hope DH on hand to carry everything and source carbs.

FuzzyOwl · 10/04/2016 21:09

Jam feel free to send all the chocolate my way! Grin

Horrific headache again but that's ok. If I have it again tomorrow, I think I might go for a long swim as that always helps with headaches (I used to suffer really badly with tension headaches and migraines) and I don't do much exercise these days. In the meantime my cat is soothingly purring on my chest.

likeawestern · 10/04/2016 21:09

needanewjob me too!! Bitter lemonade all day for me.

Chat thinking about you for Wednesday Thanks

Hi Pyxie.

I've had 7 migraines since yesterday morning, to say I'm feeling rough right now is an understatement!!

A couple of the websites and books I'm using say that symptoms can start to ease at 9 weeks so those of you finding that symptoms have improved, it could just be that.

FuzzyOwl · 10/04/2016 21:20

Ouch likea considering how I feel right now with my one bad headache, that must have been awful! I really hope your spate of migraines ease for you. How typical that I don't have symptoms for over nine weeks and then they start, just as they should be easing off!

OP posts:
Fedupithink · 10/04/2016 21:32

Well after my epic worrying this morning (thanks again all for the reassurance and similar stories, so good to know I'm not alone) I have felt rough all day.

And my crowning glory? I have just vomited all over my bed. Twice.

I was taking my vitamins sat up I bed and it happened with no warning. Secretly pleased as this must be a good sign!

Poor DH came running up the stairs and is now re-making the bed.

LittleGreyCatwithapinkcollar · 10/04/2016 21:37

I've just read everything and can't engender a thing. Stupid baby brain. I hope those with headaches and other symptoms are coping Ok, and those worrying about no symptoms are relaxing!
Is anyone else really cold at the moment? I just can't get warm. I don't know if it's in my head because I feel so sick that I just expect to be shivery and cold with it?!
