Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 36th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 35th grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Thanks Thursday!

Just realised I forgot to buy angel delight at the supermarket.. I really fancied some the other day and was going to treat myself this week!

Which ones are those would?

WouldRatherHaveCake · 08/08/2015 16:04

CSP from dimplemuff toast!

gaggiagirl · 08/08/2015 16:17

We've been to play in the new house. Well we've watched my dad knock fuck out of a bizarre fake wall and weird cupboard. DD kept disappearing up into the loft the little monkey.
DP is at his sisters wedding far away this weekend. I couldn't go because you cant dress 'this' to an appropriate standard so I cried off sick.

oneyorkshirepud · 08/08/2015 16:25

Oh no Ga. Sad You could totally have gone wearing the pjs you put on Facebook, you looked lovely in them! Glad you got to play I the new house. What do you have to do before you can move in?

Purpleball · 08/08/2015 17:24

Oh Ga that's a shame lovie - hurray for knocking walls down though Smile
I'm up your way at a birthday party tonight. I've left maternity notes and DH at home! Girls are on cocktails and I might have a sip Smile

Bat, if you can't cope then take them. If you're not too bothered then leave it. Or that's what I'd do -'I've taken paracetamol a few times if I can't cope with the pain

Vests and bodysuits are the same thing, the ones without legs. Some have t shirt sleeves, some sleeveless, some long sleeved
They wear them under a babygro (long sleeves, long legs, usually with feet) if it's not too warm.
I think if it's roasting they might just wear a short sleeved bodysuit and no babygro but I'm not 100%

Toast85 · 08/08/2015 17:51

Oh big mistake... I just tried to put on a pair of old non-preggo shorts thinking I could just wear them without doing up zip/button... But even then they're too small Hmm And this is definitely round the bum/thighs, nothing to do with the bump area. Now I'm worried I'm just a big fat whale, who's eaten far too much in the last 6 1/2 months Hmm I've lulled myself into a false sense of security by wearing stretchy maternity clothes but actually I have not only grown a bump but I've also gotten fat.
Please tell me I just need a hooyah- I'm worried I've been being a food-crazed piggy Hmm.

oneyorkshirepud · 08/08/2015 18:04

Hooya Toast, you do put on weight other than your bump during pregnancy, that is normal. You are a gorgeous baby carrying woman - who cares about shorts? Smile

Ladies, trying to get organised and book some classes: daisy birthing or hypnobirthing? Woz fink?

gaggiagirl · 08/08/2015 18:07

toast dont do that again til baby is out! And hooya you're growing a baby. Weight gain is fine. Fear not it'll come off.
purple ooh are you cocktailing in Newcastle again? Dont forget that there is a 24 hour Greggs opposite central station for your late evening delights. 24 hour Greggs......it has a bouncer and everything!
pud new roof, living room floor needs dug up and started again as its at a jaunty angle, every room decorated, floor boards sanded and varnished, needs a functioning kitchen then a jolly good scrub. Not as much as most doer uppers were quite lucky really. We have 6 weeks to get it done.

oneyorkshirepud · 08/08/2015 18:23

6 weeks?! Have you started mat leave? Do you have lots of people to help? Definitely doable but will be tiring!

batfish · 08/08/2015 18:59

Ah toast I also quickly got fat thighs and bum (and they were fat enough to start off with) which means I can't wear my own PJs anymore and have to wear mr bat's - definitely not bump related! Don't worry too much, apparently our bodies store fat bastard mother nature during pregnancy and it will of course all magically melt away post birth! I got told today at the docs that I have lost 500g. And seeing as they told me that baby is around 500g heavier that actually means I've lost 1kg, am clearly super skinny. Will just forget the fact that I'd eaten a big lunch right before my last weigh in!

ga I'm sure you would have looked lovely if you'd gone to the wedding but it's crap when you don't feel like you look good, I find it really hard to dress up at the moment too. Which reminds me we're going for a posh meal on Thurs for girls night out, no idea what to wear Sad

Me and my mum and hubby have sorted the baby's room today and it looks fab if I may say so myself!

batfish · 08/08/2015 19:00

Ooh ga you're brave with your house renovations, I've turned into such a lazy cow - I had to take a lot of sitting down breaks just sorting the baby's room! It will look fab when you're all finished though am sure as worth all the hard work.

ThursdayLast · 08/08/2015 19:27

I like dressing up pregnant - it's the only time I wear tight dresses because I'm supposed to be lumpy and bumpy Grin

My problem s having to wear the same clothes all the time.

I'm sorry you felt you couldn't go ga, I was hoping you might get sone nice alone tine as compensation but I just read back and saw you still have DD!

And hooya Toast! This tine, though it feels very very very fucking long, is actually short. Pregnant you is not the only you, nor even the real you Cake Grin

Glad you're having such a nice time with your jump bat

I'm dog tired.

ThursdayLast · 08/08/2015 19:28

Fucking autocorrect.

I obviously meant your MUM

gaggiagirl · 08/08/2015 19:32

pud I start mat leave in a month but my tenancy at the rental I'm in now ends in 6 weeks so that's our deadline. My dad DP and various contractors will help.
bat I just felt shit in everything then I finally found a great dress that I felt nice in and a few people suggested it wasn't nice enough for a wedding so that put me back to shit feeling square one.
What kind of posh restaurant are you going to? Have you a nice frock?

Toast85 · 08/08/2015 19:32

Ok thanks all, I promise to never put shorts on again until next summer unless they are of the super stretchy comfy pyjama kind.

Bat... Pictures of baby's room on Facebook please?

ga that is a lot of work! Are you going to make dp and the cross ginger one earn their keep?

gaggiagirl · 08/08/2015 19:35

Thursday thank you! Yeah DD is still being a little monkey!
bat post nursery pics on FB pleeeeeeeease! Or here.

gaggiagirl · 08/08/2015 19:37

toast the cross ginger is loving the destruction aspect very much!

Jcandy · 08/08/2015 19:40

Hey there viroids! I've just got back from a lovely spa day Grin just a whole day of relaxing on my own, it was great! Had a facial and babycandy kicked all the way through so I think it enjoyed it as well Smile

Well done to the exercisers! I did a few laps in the pool if that counts??

Jelly the nausea just doesn't really affect me now, I keep eating through it and as long as I don't do anything too energetic then it's fine and is normally gone by lunch time. After lunch is when the heartburn starts Smile

Ga I'm sad that you felt you couldn't go to the wedding. Though starting on the new house is a great thing. I still think your crazy! But good luck at getting it all done Smile

Bat think we need a pic of baby's room Smile also I'd definitely take the medicine coz it could be really dangerous if the sick thing happens when you're half asleep and you end up aspirating on it. Very unlikely but if the doctor thinks you need medicine then its probably ok

Pud I'm doing daisy birthing since they are classes each week and we've also got an nct class booked. If I hadn't booked the nct then I would have probably done hypnobirthing too but it's too expensive to do it all! Guess it depends what you want from them.....

Hi to everyone else waves

pretzelpieces · 08/08/2015 19:51

jc are you doing nct and daisy birthing? I'm only doing nct. Do I need something to go with it? Confused

OP posts:
batfish · 08/08/2015 19:53

Ooh jc the spa day sounds lurvly.

ga that was mean of people to suggest your dress wasn't nice enough for a wedding! Even if not super dressy I'm sure you could have rocked it and jazzed it up a bit. Not sure what I can wear for posh meal, seem to be constantly recycling the same clothes and none of them are dressy. Maxi dresses make me look huuuge (in a fat way not a preggo way) and the pre preg tight stretchy dresses I thought would work look OK from front and side and then I look totally lumpy and waistless from the back. Another option is jeans and heels but I don't have any fancy preggo tops! Might pop to the shops this week and see if there is anything but as the strict uniform for preggo ladies seems to be casual stripes or floaty florals I won't hold my breath!

pretzelpieces · 08/08/2015 20:12

ga I agree with bat, people would understand that pregnant ladies have limited options in terms of what to wear so if it was more of a summer dress than a weddingy dress no one would think badly! The weddings I've been to people vary loads in how formal they dress and no one cares they just want to see you! Xx

honeysucklejasmine · 08/08/2015 20:41

Ga whoever said that is a cunt. An actual, genuine twat.

Bless DH, he made me a sandwich as all the food is locked in the vile smelling white box in the kitchen. He's a sweety.

MrsTattoo · 08/08/2015 21:11

Oooh I disappear for a couple of days and come back to pages and pages of food chat!
I wish I could join in. MS is kicking my ass though. This evening I really really craved goats cheese and red onion tart with buttered baby potatoes and sweetcorn, cooked it, eating happily in front of tv and then less that 1/2 way through with no warning at all, like flicking a switch, still chewing a mouthful, I vomited my dinner back up onto the plate I had eaten it off of Blush thank god I was home alone and nobody had to witness that! Confused

Also have my first case of swamp foof today, mad dash to the loo several times expecting to see something sinister.

Does it ever get glamourous? Will I ever 'glow'? Hmm

honey I spent all of last week with a scarf tied round my face tightly whenever I needed to open the fridge, might be worth a try?

candy spa sounds fabulous! Can we organise a grads spa day? All get pampered and moan irl? Wink

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 08/08/2015 22:01

Turns out the beach wasn't a great plan. Don't know if I got too much sun or what but nearly fainted several times on way home and generally feeling very poor. Still managed to eat a whole pizza though.

honeysucklejasmine · 08/08/2015 22:05

Tattoo I managed to go in to and stay in the kitchen this evening! Winner winner! Will try scarf trick tomorrow. So sorry about your dinner! What a waste!

Sky you alright lovely? Was pizza after fainting?
