So so sorry toadie and mega SadFlowers

This journey really is so fragile isn't it!

HariboBrenshnio · 27/04/2015 19:05

Gosh some sad news on the bus today. So sorry for those with losses. Iv been there and no words written here will help. I hope your getting lots of TLC and resting. I'll have everything crossed your both pregnant again soon.

Congratulations to the newbies and I'll be waiting with baited breathe with you both that all your tests come back clear for these new little beans. You brave ladies.

I'm super bloated today and annoyed at myself for not eating very well. Iv been doing well but today splurge on naughty things. I don't want to gain loads as I'm heavier this time so trying to rain it in! Still in the 'Omg I'm so tired' camp. To those who asked, you forgot how bad it was hence why you have another! I'm sure it's mother natures way of making sure you keep producing, as soon as that baby is in your arms all is forgotten and forgiven.

Sweets27 · 27/04/2015 19:22

Oh no, toadie. I am so devastated for you. Flowers

The news from you and megarobot has really brought me down today, I was so enjoying having you on board the bus and looking forward to the journey with you. Really am thinking of you both, and fingers incredibly tightly crossed for you to get your next BFP really really soon.

Withalittlesparkle · 27/04/2015 19:22

Oh toadie, I'm so sorry. Be kind to yourselfThanks

abi2790 · 27/04/2015 19:31

Chops I remember being tired but not this much. I don't think it helps having a 2.4 year old who decided to get me up at 5:30 this morning! I have also lost nearly half a stone and I am a normal weight so I'm a bit worried that might have something to do with my energy levels. Probably something to mention at my booking in on Wednesday.

Wishful80smontage · 27/04/2015 19:46

Very sad day today on the bus sending you hugs Toadie and Mega- be kind to yourselves ladies xx

Metalhead · 27/04/2015 19:58

toadie I'm so sorry to hear your news, was really hoping for a better outcome for you. I hope it's all over as quickly and physically painless as possible so you can start to move on. Flowers

Metalhead · 27/04/2015 20:00

haribo I'll have to disagree with you there - I can still remember feeling rubbish with DD, and I certainly haven't forgotten the agony of giving birth to her, even though it was 5 years ago! (But that's partly why I wasn't ready to try for another until she was 3.)

chopsface · 27/04/2015 20:06

My best friend has described her morning sickness and labours in graphic detail for her 3 kids so she most definately hasn't forgotten!

MarkingMyPlace9 · 27/04/2015 20:11

So sorry to hear that Toadie Thoughts are with you Flowers

MarkingMyPlace9 · 27/04/2015 20:16

My Pregnancy is very different this time. Last time I was very sick from 5 Weeks through to the Day My Waters Broke. To the point of actually being sick several times a Day. This time I feel so tired (Deff didn't feel this tired the first time round, but I didn't have a 21 Month Old to look after then!) And the Sickness is hardly anything this time. So I'd say it deff can be different each time. I'm hoping for a much quicker labour this time - DS was 19 Hours

FlorIxora · 27/04/2015 20:35

Very sorry to hear about your loss toadie.

Indeed, very sad day on the bus. The only thing I know how to do when bad things happen is a cuppa. So here you are ladies, it doesn't do much but warm your insides for a wee while. Brew

I hope that you are both well surrounded and supported. xxx

ThePug · 27/04/2015 22:19

Oh no, no, no. I just came on here to see how you all were and torture myself a bit and I am lost for words that both mega and toadie have received the same bad news today I had last week. It totally and utterly sucks being the 'negative' statistic. I am so sorry for you both. I hope we will come across each other on the TTC boards when the time is right and we will all get our happy endings. Thinking of you both.

ChandlersFarang · 28/04/2015 03:03

Toadie I'm really gutted to read your post, I'm so sorry. I hope you've got lots of love and support at home to help you through. HmmThanks

MarkingMyPlace9 · 28/04/2015 06:14

How is everything now ThreeBean All the Spotting stopped?

WaitingForEgg · 28/04/2015 07:09

Thinking of Toadie and Mega how awful for you, wishing you luck in the future and lots of supports from OH's
Chops I am the same. I went to bed at 8pm Sunday and half 8 last night. Sleeping for 9-10 hours and waking up tired. Feel like I need a mid day nap to get me through the day it's awful!
I had an exam yesterday and was so nauseous already that the nerves on top made me think I was going to throw up on the patients. Now for more revision for more exams in 4 weeks, just hoping I can stay awake to hit the books!

ChandlersFarang · 28/04/2015 07:27

I discovered something that has highly surprisingly made me feel ok - the gym!!!! Felt so disgusting this morning I had a nice lolly for breakfast, but then once that went down started feeling alright and moved onto normal things like porridge! Rode that wave of feeling OK just after eating and went. Just did exercise bike and light weights - fully expected to vom everywhere but actually felt great and haven't felt sick since! That was 3 hours ago - amazing. Although now I'm worrying that I don't feel sick!! Hahaha you can't win!!

Anyone wanting to do some exercise I found this and will be following it - was quite into exercise before BFP and feels weird toning it down so much but glad I somehow found the energy to go. Obvs won't suit everyone, but might help one or two of you! Smile

BoobsTooBig · 28/04/2015 07:27

Very sorry for both Toadie & Chops I really hope you are both back on here next month or the month after.

I'm litilary counting down the days until my scan and this next two weeks and two days will drag out I've no doubt.... Thank you for all advice if I do experience anything like that again I shall make sure to get checked out. The tiredness yup totally with you... It's disabling! I whent to bed at 8pm and I'm getting a lie in while DH gives DS breakfast... Lazy bum I feel lol will have to do some excersize to make up for it later.. I've put on 1.5kg already! Anyone else ganined any weight yet? Or just me Hmm

afloat · 28/04/2015 07:32

I'm really sad for roadie, mega and anyone else who has left. I really hope the best for you all.

Boobs I'm afraid to check my weight to be honest. I was having buttered toast every hour or two until last week, while before I didn't really eat bread. Not hungry anymore.. I've got my lovely cat sitting on my tummy, making me feel better after almost throwing up just now. Certain smells are so strong! The smell of some perfume as I pass people hurts me. Anyone else smell thinks strongly?

ChandlersFarang · 28/04/2015 07:35

afloat I'm getting the smell thing too!! Unfortunately I live in Bangkok and it's currently hot season (43 degrees today and so humid!) so EVERYTHING stinks. There's a gross canal behind where I live full of stagnant water which stinks at the best of times and I have to walk past it every day to go anywhere! I kept some sick bags off the flights I did last week and have them in my bag ready for it. Shock

Metalhead · 28/04/2015 07:43

chandlers I did some exercise bike cycling a couple of days ago and felt fine doing it, unfortunately the nausea came back pretty swiftly afterwards!

I'm sure I've put on weight as well , was on quite a healthy low carb diet before and have just been stuffing my face with anything I fancy these last couple of weeks . But I was the same with DD, and I did go back to eating more healthily once the nausea subsided, so I'm not too worried about it.

chopsface · 28/04/2015 08:20

boobs you've got a name wrong somewhere, I'm still here...

Smells are bad for me too, especially dh's side of the bed hurl I've not put on any weight yet. Weighed myself bfp day and weighed myself on the weekend. Was the same. Think breasts are filling my bra more today so might weigh again in a bit! My appetite has gone after eating normally last week. Forcing myself to eat little and often though to stave off nausea. As for exercise, feel too shattered! Missed yoga last night as I was too sick. I used to swim but don't feel like I can. Been for a few 30min walks to local nature reserve just so I'm doing something though.

Wishful80smontage · 28/04/2015 08:22

I've put 3-4 pounds on in last few weeks I've been having days of hardly eating a thing followed by days of stuffing my face so thought it might even itself out but no I'm piling it on. Last time I lose a stone in the first trimester so one extreme to the other?!
I'm walking everyday though so hopefully that will help

chopsface · 28/04/2015 08:25

Whoops, just weighed myself. I've lost a kg since Saturday. Is that even possible?!

FlorIxora · 28/04/2015 08:26

Chandlers thanks for the exercise tip. I have never been into the gym but I have already put on 1.7kg and I'm only 6+ 1.

It's so hard to motivate myself when all I want to do is sleep and eat. (like a sumo).

I was always into walking and hiking but now can't even reach my daily step goal.

I am in between houses and I think that's not helping. I normally live in a family friendly area but I'm in The City for another 2 weeks.
