Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 16th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 33rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Aw Chat that sounds horrid, makes you feel crap all day a dream like that.

I'd love to go to a proper Christmas market. We'll go into Edinburgh at some point but not quite the same. Do you like Brussels in general Chat?

BothersomeB · 04/12/2014 12:12

Morning all...think it's one of those days all round. i felt so crap yesterday afternoon I just wanted to shout 'I feel like shit' and go home. Didn't though - just had a cry on Mr hen I got in and went to bed at 9pm! Think the stress of the move caught up with me...new commute doesn't help as it's longer and so far I haven't got on a single train that's been on time. Did good sleeping last night (mad dreams though!) and feel a bit more human today. Smile

Scan on Saturday! Then having lunch with some good friends on Sunday so all being well will be telling them. Scanxiety in full flow right now - anyone else worry that they'll be told there's nothing there and that they're making it all up? Confused

Pisghetti · 04/12/2014 12:14

I've been having some spectacularly dull dreams lately - conferences and what not. What a waste!

Managed to bring neither lunch nor money to work today so I've been raiding the drawers.... Cup a soup and toffifee it is.

laurenamium · 04/12/2014 12:57

Bothersome I panicked about that before my first scan! It was a relief that there was something in there!

Big progress with new Mindee today Smile not a single time out! I'm ran ragged but its definitely progress Grin

Pisghetti · 04/12/2014 13:09

I think that's a very common worry Bother - even DP had it! He was astonished to see a fully formed little human flinging arms and legs around!

Fleurchamp · 04/12/2014 13:11

Yes! bother I keep thinking we'll get there, they'll find nothing and the Drs will think I am crazy Confused

Pisghetti · 04/12/2014 13:11

Lauren that reminds me of those programmes where the children are little shits have challenging behaviour and Supernanny swoops in and turns them into little angels!

laurenamium · 04/12/2014 13:15

Hahaha pis when I'm having a bad day or week I often pretend I'm super nanny and being paid ridiculous amounts of money in my head Grin

BothersomeB · 04/12/2014 13:42

Phew - glad I'm not the only one! Fleur -I'm with you on the knowledge front...pregnancy opens up a whole new world of stuff I previously knew nothing about! Having an actual baby will be even more overwhelming I reckon... Lauren - I now know who I'm coming to for advice...if this child takes after its parents, it may be a bit of a handful!

laurenamium · 04/12/2014 14:14

Grin Bothersome

Leela5 · 04/12/2014 14:31

Well done lauren! That sounds like progress

I just had a cheese toastie mmm...only problem is now belly has swollen and I need a big pump.

I really miss Edinburgh at Christmas but we are making plans to move back

laurenamium · 04/12/2014 14:45

Could you do a silent one la and if its smelly look at the nearest person to you with disgust? Grin

Pisghetti · 04/12/2014 14:59

Enjoy knowing when you need a big pump while it lasts Grin there's nothing quite like having one leap out mid conversation without warning.

freshstart4us · 04/12/2014 15:49

Whew just caught up again!

Pis I'm there with you. MrFresh is very fast and loose with his pumps so I think I have started to use pg as a bit of an excuse to just let the wind go free. Serve him right for fouling my air without remorse for 5+ years though! Wink

And to reference the hilarious chat a couple of pages back, he also washes his willy in the bathroom sink and dries it on the handtowel if I don't confiscate the damn thing. That having been said, I generally do insist we both clean up if we want action and are more than an hour or two out of the shower fussy mare I know

4 days to scan! Bother yep, definitely have The Fear that there'll be nothing there, and that having to put on a maternity dress this morning at only 12+1 is just me getting horrendously fat!

ZylaB · 04/12/2014 16:11

I'm super smug, just wrapped all my presents and written cards! All I'm waiting on is a present for DH's birthday to arrive, and one for his Christmas stocking.

Want to go to town for the Christmas market on sat, which will be nice as I can potter around and not feel anxious that I've got to find anything, but if I see something lovely, buy it. I want to find some nicer than average crackers, anyone got any ideas?

My insulin requirements have gone up yet again, it feels like it's getting silly, but I knew it would happen and I haven't had to change it for a month or so. Hate diabetes, even more so when upduffed! Roll on the end of feb.

ChatEnOeuf · 04/12/2014 16:20

Yes, Bother, I even said to my gynaecologist that he was being a touch optimistic when he said 'best get a look at this baby then' Blush. Hope it's still there next week.

Well done Zyla! I had an excellent Skype with my dad yesterday where I made him open all the parcels I'd had delivered there in the last couple of weeks. All the presents have arrived! Mammoth wrapping session as soon as I arrive home Grin Try not to worry about the insulin, as you say, it's completely normal.

Brussels is a great city in general, Wil. Huge cultural mix with the EC and EU HQs here as well as the usual multinational businesses. Weather is very similar to the UK, for shame. Plenty of open parks, loads of museums and nowhere is too far away (we're off to Cologne this weekend - only a couple of hours drive!). Begging and pickpocketing more prevalent but other crime (seems) less so, compared to where I've lived previously. I miss work though Confused

freshstart4us · 04/12/2014 16:44

Zyla I got M&S's premium crackers last year, had pretty good quality teeny tiny gadgets, so will probably go with them again this year. Or John Lewis, neither disappoint!

Chat why aren't you working? Surely doctoring is a pretty universal skill, given how, y'know, humans are generally of similar functionality, albeit different shapes and hues? Wink

Fleurchamp · 04/12/2014 17:12

Oh chat I love Cologne at Christmas time Xmas Smile

We have make your own crackers this year and have been collecting silly presents all year to put in them and instead of hats we have false moustaches Xmas Grin

(I am living these smilies)

BothersomeB · 04/12/2014 17:23

Oooooo festive emoticons!
Xmas Smile Xmas Confused Xmas Angry Xmas Biscuit Xmas Hmm Xmas Blush Xmas Sad Xmas Envy Xmas Grin Xmas Wink Xmas Shock

Leela5 · 04/12/2014 17:36

I bought m&s crackers last year and they were fab.

I've wrapped everything I can because I've run out of paper. Every year dh tells me I've bought too much paper and I run out! So he's buying more today. We don't see most of our family at Christmas because they are scattered so it's going to be an expensive post office trip!

I wondered also chat whether you are working over there? I have lots of friends from or in Brussels and they like it.

I am suffering from arse rain today. Oh my god it's bad. Been running to the loo all day trying not to pump on the way. Honestly last week constipated this week the opposite :)

MS kicked in at 4pm today, along with a ridiculous urge for ice lollies so I just went to shop on way home

ZylaB · 04/12/2014 17:42

Biscuit always makes me want to buy Jammy Dodgers, and now they're festive!! Xmas Biscuit

I'll have a look at the Christmas markets to see if I can see anything suitable to go in make your own crackers, sounds a great idea....then if I can't find anything I like I'll go to M&S! :)

RPopz · 04/12/2014 17:53

Evening ladies!

Hope you're having fun in them there foreign lands Dulce Smile

La it always amuses me when you say pump! I guessed you mean trump! Is it a Scottish thing?? Pump isn't a fart word where I'm from Grin Good news on your cramp busting orgasms... Wink Mine always made them worse!! Shock

Chin up Zyla, nearly there Brew

I can't remember anything else! Need to get off the app... then I'd also get cool festive smilies Angry

Last day at work tomorrow! Shock

RPopz · 04/12/2014 17:54

Ah chat so you're a doctor? I thought you must be/ have been a midwife??

freshstart4us · 04/12/2014 18:36

Bother I second the emoticons delight! Xmas Grin Xmas Wink

la at my booking in, the mw asked me my symptoms - nausea, check; vomitting, no; diaorrhea, YES; constipation, YES. She thought that quite humorous. Xmas Angry It comes, goes, comes again, fluctuates, etc etc. Everything BUT normal since BFP!

Leela5 · 04/12/2014 18:52
