Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 16th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 33rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

My mum is still here! She's cleaning for me today... I'm such a lucky cow!
She's asking me embarrassing questions like 'what do you clean the kitchen floor with?' ... 'Um, I don't... DH does it...' Blush

freshstart4us · 27/11/2014 10:44

Ness that's fantastic!! That he slept, and that he is now catching up too. Grin

Leela5 · 27/11/2014 10:50

Can't think of anything more gross than chocolate on nappy game. Boak.

I'm in bed. I'm sorry, I know you're all going to hate me for it. Went to bed at 10 and woke up 2am, 3-5:30am (following turtles - bit if both ninjas and normal). 3 'I'm going to die if I don't wee now' wees.

Going Christmas shopping today. Weeee!

pis :( hug, totally understandable. Glad they could reassure you.

boo good luck for the party!

ness wow! I want a baby who sleeps that long! Mums are fab.

min are you ok? Did you get there safely?

popz why are you organising games for your shower? Is this your OCD control coming in? Coz I would want to do it too! Pin sperm on egg, design a bib, baby pic quiz, cupcake design.

ZylaB · 27/11/2014 11:30

pis glad everything's ok!

ness that sounds like a great night's sleep :)

I'm hungry but have no idea what to eat hmmmm

wilmabedrock · 27/11/2014 11:31

MiniWil was a good sleeper too Ness. The visiting midwife told me to wake her up to feed her. I was like Shock Hmm Grin , no. Just to warn you though, the growth spurts balls it all up a bit, just when you get used to getting 6 hours sleep. Were your boobs ready to explode by the time he woke? Grin

I think half my friends would punch me in the face if I suggested a baby shower Grin . We're not a very sentimental lot.

I understand the crying Pis. I could have had a tantrum coming out of the shower today, I'm so tired. But I was already late so had to suck it up. Can't wait for my 'lie in' tomorrow.

Pisghetti · 27/11/2014 11:50

Well jel of your monster lie in La Envy

I think I'm going to insist on a lie in this weekend. My sleep has been all over the shop recently and DP is of the mind that Saturday/Sunday mornings are for getting up and dressed to make the most of the day. I sort of understand his viewpoint but I am sufficiently tired that if he tries to insist on any of that shit this weekend he is likely to get injured.

Good poo action from J there!

The only shower type thing I've been to involved drinking tea and eating cake I'm afraid so I'm no use (it was great though Grin)

Hope you're ok Min I was wondering if perhaps your usual midwife might be able to advocate on your behalf so the hospital know your history and why you need this check up.

Leela5 · 27/11/2014 12:51

Love filling up Fred! My favourite thing to do!

Leela5 · 27/11/2014 12:51

I'm constipated!

ZylaB · 27/11/2014 12:54

Just remember it's a symptom la :)

wilmabedrock · 27/11/2014 13:25

Wrong thread though La? Grin

I also am finding pooing a bit difficult. It's this bloody extra iron I bet. Dulcet, tips please? Grin (Love that you're now the resident poo expert).

laurenamium · 27/11/2014 14:51

Loving the poo talk Grin I've just come over all super organised and done my long term planning...including planning for AFTER I return from maternity leave! And typed parent letters for when we break up for the Christmas holidays! Grin This means I can have some lazy weeks in December!

teejayem · 27/11/2014 15:03

Anyone else get the terrible guilts after a cash splurge? I'm 13 weeks today and as a treat/reward/..thing.. I've bought myself 2 pairs of boots (New uggs and DMs) my justification is that they are on sale for a black friday event and I deserve them. I'm getting them delivered to work so I can stagger bringing them home in case mr tee gets cross (After our money discussion last week....
Bargain Alert ---> ASOS have 20% from midnight so I am planning on hoovering up as much mat stuff as I can.
I haven't pooed for 2 days Blush I am not looking forward to it making an appearance either. did a lot of xmas shopping yesterday but fuck me I'm paying for it with my back and hips today! Did way too much walking.

ZylaB · 27/11/2014 15:04

How long would you leave it before ringing midwife with lack of or decreased movements? She's normally really active first ting, around lunchtime and then when I'm trying to go to sleep, but not today. I have had a couple of little kicks, but nothing like normal. Could she just have turned?

ChatEnOeuf · 27/11/2014 15:39

I give it half an hour of resting and whatever usually wakes her (DD: haribo and diet coke, night shifts baby). Not normal -> go in. No messing if you please.

V good sleeping baby J, Ness did your boobs explode? Is this why your mum had to clean the floor? Grin

Viroids...excellent non poo-related news. CM has been normal-coloured for three days! Spotting may have left the building!

Pisghetti · 27/11/2014 16:02

My learning of the day - don't leave it overnight or you'll have an emotional breakdown Hmm I only cry when I get angry or scared and I was both petrified and furious with myself for leaving it as long as I did (especially as I'd gone from fewer kicks to no kicks). I think you're a week ahead of me aren't you so they'll see you to check all is well and it was a huge relief when she found the heartbeat going like the clappers.

Yay for clear mucus Chat! Ha I'd forgotten the bittersweet feeling of getting some quality sleep but waking up with some very tender beachballs too overfull for poor baby to latch on to....

Hope you all have some good quality poos later today viroids

ZylaB · 27/11/2014 16:10

I rang, she's ringing the hospital to fit me in to see if they can monitor baby, but waiting for her to ring me back now. Bloody petrified

Leela5 · 27/11/2014 16:10

I think don't leave it - call if quiet. If it's fine all it cost was a phone call.

Yes that was wrong Fred eek! I'm confused. I feel sick we've been shopping 4 hours. I've got all the major presents am today hooray! Did all the wee ones at home so think we are sorted. Mums going to NYC with my bro for Christmas so I have to give them presents early.

Can't remember last time I pooed. It was Monday perhaps?

Leela5 · 27/11/2014 16:11

I've got really thick mucus and lots of it. Is this normal? It's white/yellow

Leela5 · 27/11/2014 16:12

Aww x post zyla sorry. I hope it's ok xxx

ZylaB · 27/11/2014 16:45

Ok the community midwife has done what she can, but I could cry (well, I am) she rang my hospital who won't have someone in for monitoring before 26 weeks, which is tomorrow for me. The community midwife pushed it, but they said no. So I've got to stay home and go see community midwife tomorrow at 11.30 for a check over, but she said if anything changes overnight to ring the hospital back and put my foot down and say I'm coming in.

She tried to reassure me cos I have felt a kick or 2 today, but it's nothing like normal.

Ffs

Leela5 · 27/11/2014 16:54

Is there any way to borrow a monitor from someone? Forgive me if I'm talking rubbish but my friend said she had one from 20 weeks

BothersomeB · 27/11/2014 16:59

Aw man - Zyla - that sounds shit, and totally jobsworthy on the part of the hospital. How the feck are you supposed to sleep when you're so worried?

Sorry - am a first timer and only at 9 weeks, so no useful advice - just sending hugs and sympathy. Flowers

ZylaB · 27/11/2014 17:03

I don't know anyone with a monitor la :(. Wishing I lived closer to my brother now, his wife's an obstetrician, I'd be round at hers!

It is shit bother I'm just hoping she perks up later on tonight. If the midwife isn't 100% happy tomorrow then I'm going in and I'll argue with them at the hospital. Mind you, I'll be 26 weeks then, so they probably won't mind! I've had excellent care from the hospital so far, so this is unexpected and rubbish!

Leela5 · 27/11/2014 17:12

:( that's just so frustrating zyla. I'm sure it will be fine and minizyla will be squirming away as normal soon but it stinks that they can't help more than they are, leaving you to worry.

TheBooMonster · 27/11/2014 17:35

Scan and party both went well. Looks like we have another girl!
