Aah! Baby Brain! Forgot to post what I actually came on to say

Yesterday was the first time I saw'Kitlet move! I was having a bath calm before the Christmas storm and felt some kicks or punches or headbutts! and my my left side of bump was moving! They were limb sized pokes. I just kept watching and saying "Clever Baby!" even though she is just doing what all babies do Hasn't happened since, although have felt movement. I'm 21+3 today. Cloud Nine is an understatement!

Oh kitty that doesn't sound fun, I think I misunderstood as I can get vaginal bleeding after a bad bowel movement! None of this is in the medical books is it?! Ha!!

Merry Christmas all! Awesome news on all the scans and finally knowing genders. I can't wait for January 9th. Just on way home from sisters who's just had a baby in October (also has a 3 yo and a 1 yo). I was smitten with the baby. Wanted to bring him home! Wasn't like that with the other 2 must be hormones! I'm feeling very lucky hearing about all these sleepless nights and constipated ladies. Not had any of it yet but suppose there's time!

Happy Christmas :D although I'm almost more excited for next year - we keep seeing things of ooo we can do this next year.

I've had an early Christmas present sorry if it's too much information but it's made my day. I've been bleeding for just over 2 weeks (like a period) been in hospital 3 times, but I've just had my first 16 hours clear :D I'll obviously still keep a pad on etc but it's really really cheered me up :D

Aww purple that's good to hear, fingers crossed you stop bleeding for good!!

leanne I had vaginal bleeding at 10 weeks up until 12 weeks, as the straining was pushing out a uterine bleed. It isn't fun is it These bleeds frighten the life it of us and sorry to hear you too had a scare Purple. What these little beans put us through!!!

Maybe they need to update the pregnancy book lol I know plenty of healthy pregnancies that have had bleeding throughout. But everywhere online is like 'BLOOD DANGER DANGER' and it terrifies everyone. I probably should stay offline cause my pregnancy is anything but the 'norm' and it just ends up worrying me. Lol

I just want strong kicks and movement now, I'm 18w3d and hearing about everyones movement is making me jealous!!

leanne I know what you mean - in that way the Internet is the worst invention! Movements would be lovely (I'm 19 weeks) but have been told not to expect them till later on than what is suggested because I've got a tilted womb.

I had a lovely chat with the midwifes about what's a 'worrying' amount of bleeding and what's classed as 'normal' but your quite right doesn't stop the worry.

Hi everyone. had midwife appointment this morning and heard a strong heartbeat 22 weeks tomorrow. hope you all have a lovely Christmas day, I'm cooking this year so have had a day of cleaning and preparing!! xxx

Had a lovely midwife appointment this afternoon. We heard the heartbeat and even dd was present (although she was trying to get the midwife to test her bp for the whole time).
She thinks she can get me a 24 discharge if I opt for the section woohoo! And a private room while I'm in there.
These things make me feel a bit better about a second section and if my consultant agrees with the midwifes requests I'm just going to go for an elcs.

I haven't posted in a while due to family visiting, busy in work & Christmas shopping, etc etc. We're all half way or almost half way on our journey together & it's been great getting to know you & holding each other's hands over the part few months. Hope everyone has a brilliant Christmas & here's to the rest of the ride :) xxxx
