Aww so cute stubborn lovely.

Ooh where's your hypno friend from ginger?

Gingerbreadlady1 · 21/11/2014 22:05

She's from glasgow but lives in Kent. Works in London too. She's fab, used hypnosis for her 2 births & became such a convert went on to become fully qualified.

Stubborn I came to bed for a lie down at 7 as felt so rough. Properly seriously sick. Woke up at 11:30pm. Now I'm wide awake. This is not good.

HexyQueen · 23/11/2014 16:23

Gorgeous pic stubborn xxx

Just had to tell a couple if the mums from school as I was all green & shaky after being sick (in the loos luckily) at a kids party (oh the shame)

Gingerbreadlady1 · 24/11/2014 20:04

I'm sure someone has a scan tomorrow? Good luck!

Found the thread, thanks Ginger!

New old bird of 42 joining you here. Found out today am pregnant. Total and utter shock. Have one DS aged 10 and erm, am single... hmmm! Ah well, feel like the angels have blessed me :)

stubbornstains · 24/11/2014 21:49

Awww...super, I read your thread, but didn't get round to commenting...welcome! I had DS on my own when I was 35. I feel a bit at sea having a baby with a partner this time around, TBH....it's difficult to get used to having a fellow parent to consider Hmm.

I am going to do a stats list, I am! I just keep feeling really knackered...can't think why Smile. Umm...how much info do we need - age, due date, anything else?

So, OK:

stubbornstains 40 (will be 41) , edd 31st May 2015.
supersupershock 42, edd early Aug 2015?!

Come give me your stats, peeps! Also let me know if you don't want to officially be on the list before your scan....(would have done my head in, but I am Eeyore, basically).

I'd like to track down some of the first Old Birds to get upduffed, too....I'm wondering if mampam has actually provided us with the very first baby bird by now?! Also, I seem to recall that purplemurple was due in Jan, and fankletastic must be scraping 30 weeks by now? And inshock??

Is it your scan tomorrow hexy? Good luck! xx

Gingerbreadlady1 · 24/11/2014 22:08

It is hexy, will be thinking of you.

super, you found us! Welcome, the girls here are fantastic, lots of people laying low till there 12 week scan. A good few of us supported each other through trying to get up duffed & now sharing the terrors of being pregnant that little but older.

Brilliant, thanks stubborn. There's an excellent stats list on the May thread with the benefit of being up-date able by everyone. No idea how you go about that kind of thing. Had lots of info on it.

supersupersupershock · 24/11/2014 22:45

Yep I am late July/early Aug but suppose won't really know til scan which is likely to be early Jan :0

When I woke up this morning I certainly didn't dream for one minute I would be discussing when my scan and due dates might be... I don't think I will be able to sleep. Happy times though :)

Snooky17 · 25/11/2014 10:06

Congratulations super shock

Here are my stats 40 due 18 May 2015.

ProbablyMe · 25/11/2014 11:10

Hello all Smile Hope you're all having a good Tuesday! I've not been on the thread for a few days or so as I've been trying to distract myself rather than worrying all the time. I think everything seems to be ok - feeling nauseous/super hungry all the time but not been sic thankfully, stretchy/nerve pressing type feelings in my uterus, sore boobs, unbelievably tired etc but I'm still worried that when I go for my scan on Saturday (7wks6days, private reassurance scan) that there won't be anything there!! Either that or twins - can't get that idea out of my head either!!

I'm feeling quite bloated at the moment and I don't like the sensation of anything pressing on my lower abdomen - anyone else feel this? I assume it's just everything growing the way it needs to be but it means that a lot of my clothing has had to be out away already!

Assuming everything is ok on Sat then I'm going to tell my sons (aged 17, 15, 14 and 11) and DP will tell his parents. I've already told my family but he has waited to tell his as his sister had a mmc a few weeks ago.

Right, enough Mumsnet! I need to muster the energy to walk the dogs (followed by a loooong lie down!!)

ProbablyMe · 25/11/2014 11:12

My stats again -

ProbablyMe, age 40, edd 12th July.

Tranquilitybaby · 25/11/2014 11:47

Ah congrats super lovely news.

Probably - you will see something on a scan at 7+ weeks so don't worry.

Do you need my stats Stubborn?

supersupersupershock · 25/11/2014 12:45

I have been thinking about an early scan too - what could they tell at say 7/8weeks? Can I ask roughly how much it costs?

stubbornstains · 25/11/2014 12:51

Yes, I have forgotten everybody's ages even if I did know them! And working out everybody's due dates would take too much counting on my fingers....Grin. Let me know if you don't want to go on The List before your scan...

ProbablyMe · 25/11/2014 13:05

Hi supershock Smile Hope you're doing ok today.

The reassurance scan that I'm having costs £50.

Tranquilitybaby · 25/11/2014 13:09

36
No. Due date 23/06/15

Tranquilitybaby · 25/11/2014 13:10

No. 3 that should say

BingoBonkers · 25/11/2014 14:13

I'm 39, nbr 3 EDD 21.06.15, currently crapping myself as DH suggested it could be twins as I'm huge and there are twins in both our families. Shock

ProbablyMe · 25/11/2014 14:26

Oops! I should add to my stats that I'm expecting number 5 Smile

Overtiredbackagain · 25/11/2014 15:38

Hi ladies, I am returning after a short break from the thread, still struggling to come to terms with news of No. 3!

Hoping everyone is ok.

My stats:
40 (41 when baby arrives)
No. 3. EDD is 7th July.

Overtiredbackagain · 25/11/2014 15:40

Lovely scan pics Stubborn!

Extremely jealous, am 7+6, midwife booking-in appointment next Tuesday, had a call from hospital today to say "I'm in the system" and should receive scan date within the next week or say but my 12th week is Christmas week, so praying I will still be able to get it before Christmas, not because I am ready to announce, but just still worried about DS tests etc.

HexyQueen · 25/11/2014 16:45

Hi guys, scan was lovely today. Bouncing, waving, thumb-sucking, river dancing bean, counted fingers & toes. Saw nasal bone, nf = 1.8, so all good so far. Will post a photo in a bit.

My stats:
age 42, no 2 (DD will be 5, step son will be 18)
EDD 8.6.15, ELCS booked for 1.6.15 (9 days b4 I'm 43!)

Not looking forward to telling my step-son. :(
