Glad its not just me stubborn! My GP said about blood flow being diverted so maybe that's why. We only have a bath, no shower, so usually have a nice hot bath to warm up before bed. Have been having them less hot.

so........the big question, are you all still dtd?!?!

BingoBonkers · 12/12/2014 13:15

No DTD here. Too tired. Too hormonal. Terrible mood swings. Oh and the have been blessed with the gift that is thrush. Yay me.

stubbornstains · 12/12/2014 14:43

Nope Sad. Poor DP, he's been very patient and understanding....first it was TTC DTD, getting crapper and more forced every month, and now it's a total sex drought. I'm starting to feel, er.....technically up for it again now, it's just a case of not flaking out the minute I get into bed for once.....

FreedomHuntress · 12/12/2014 15:49

Got any images of signs you've made, Stubborn?

Tranq, I will say girl, just to be different. I can't base my guess on nub theory or whatever as I don't really believe it works, plus I am rubbish at making head or tail out of a scan pic! (I hope they don't have tails! But that would be kind of cool, I guess.) The Chinese Predictor thing has been right both times for me though. But really, I think that's just chance.

Notta, I think I'm one of the furthest along here, if not in the lead, doesn't mean I have any wisdom to impart whatsoever! Xmas Grin I know you aren't meant to have a hot bath though, or go in the sauna. But people live in much hotter countries, and they do fine, so who knows!

20+4

Gingerbreadlady1 · 12/12/2014 17:41

No for me too, the very odd time. I hope to remedy that this weekend though (evil chortle)......Xmas Smile

I wasn't sure what the 'advice' is on dtd. GP said nothing bouncy like riding or trampolining! DH assumed that included dtd.

Felt rotten all afternoon,.realised I have not eaten much today. Forced myself to have a cup of lemon and ginger tea and couple of ginger oatcakes - feeling a bit better now.
Can't believe I'm only 6 weeks!!!
How's everyone else?

supersupersupershock · 12/12/2014 19:22

Notta I thought you said you asked GP about DTD and he said nothing bouncy like riding or trampolining - fuck that made me laugh!

I had pizza and chips (I would never normally have something like that for dinner) but my it has done the trick - first time not felt nauseous all day!

Sparrowlegs248 · 12/12/2014 20:47

super Grin

Have had grilled pork chop, potatos au gratin leeks and carrots. Feeling MUCH better. :-)

HexyQueen · 12/12/2014 20:52

DTD is fine for the baby if you have the energy. Like stubborn I feel guilty cos we went from ttc DTD, which could feel a bit forced (but last couple of times weren't, thankfully) to total drought as I've been really so very ill since 6 weeks, that I'd puke on him if we even kissed. Plus I'm utterly exhausted, so even slightest activity, mental or physical leaves me sleeping 4 hours in the day (guess being preggers + ME fatigue + RA fatigue + hyperemesis = utter fuckness). Pah.

I'll say boy tranq. Glad your scan went well, lovely pic. Can't wait for my gender scan on 22nd. Really should get round to posting my 12 wk scan to see what u think I'm having too . My teenage step-son has gushed happily about names for boys & girls since we told him. Can't believe he took it so well.

Like the rest of u, I'm freeeeeeeezzzzzzing too.

Love your job stubborn. Congrats on Your boy, ginger. Hi everyone else.
Xxx

Tranquilitybaby · 12/12/2014 21:19

Hello gorgeous ladies.

What a long day, but all's well, harmony results are all 1/10,000!
Baby was VERY active, legs kicking about and arms waving. We had a dvd recorded too, it's only about 1 min long but shows the baby waving in it. Smile

Oh it's a baby.........

GIRL! Wink

Tranquilitybaby · 12/12/2014 21:20

The consultant said there's no truth in the skull theory but there is in the angle of the dangle nub theory. Post away Hexy.

FreedomHuntress · 12/12/2014 21:38

A girl, woo hoo - what do I win?! Congratulations, Tranq.

HexyQueen · 12/12/2014 22:02

Xmas Grin We agreed before we were even a month on from meeting! (I knew he was The One straight away.) DS's name, I have loved since I was mid-teens, was so happy DH loved it immediately too. It is just perfect on my son. Future DD has a name that was in my top three favourites for a long time, DH chose from my top three. He was of course encouraged to suggest from outside my top three but said he really loved my choices and that X was his favourite. So I readily agreed and so we are ready. We would have been a bit stuck if we were having a second boy, I don't have a second boy's name I love like DS's name, DH came up with some ideas before we knew she was a she, which I did like well enough. But luckily, it hasn't come to that, as we are having a girl. Middle names, DH chose both times (I possibly suggested DD's, can't quite remember - was throwing various names at him!), and I love them both. Sorted!
Tranquilitybaby · 13/12/2014 14:10

I would've been stuck if it eases boy too freedom as can't think of a boys babe as nice as our DS's name

Tranquilitybaby · 13/12/2014 14:11

It'd not eases, wtf!

Sparrowlegs248 · 13/12/2014 17:45
