Excellent news, winks! Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedooooooooooooooooooom.

rasp that is so exciting! I love that almost all the BESH are getting their families after long waits.

fankle keep very well hydrated and eat plenty of "softening" foods (dried fruit, etc) to avoid straining. It will probably clear up by itself. Due to IBS, I've had them on and off for years. I rarely use anything but have resorted to topical creams a couple of times for the really sore ones.

It is a big change and it's natural to have some wobbles about it. I've both loved being at home and found it really hard. Long term, it is definitely not for me, but I will miss her desperately when I go back to work.

I am tired today. I'm so glad it is the weekend tomorrow!

TheOriginalWinkly · 22/11/2014 11:50

frank hope E is feeling a little better? Poor wee thing.

Hi rasp, lovely as always to see you. Glad it's going well, it does seem to be hurtling along at breakneck speed for you... Good luck and keep us updated :)

Bad luck about the piles fanks. Hope the anusol sorts them fast.

We haven't dtd since, April maybe? Co sleeping doesn't help, but then we've had ishoos in this department for quite some time and now that I feel a bit more myself, they're rearing their ugly head again. It doesn't help that I'm fat and stretch marky obviously, but still.

FrankelandFilly · 22/11/2014 20:01

Thanks winks, she is better thanks, the tooth has broken through so she's just snotty now. Thankfully it's the runny kinda snot rather than her being bunged up and unable to breathe. Nice!

I'll be honest, we haven't dtd since before E was born Blush To be fair 4 months in different countries doesn't help, but it just seems like something we can't seem to get around to. We're used to not having a lot of sex, what with living apart a lot, but we do need to kick ourselves a bit to get back into the habit.

MissHobart · 24/11/2014 10:25

Ah Hags! My poor foof! I depilated for the first time in ages and looking in the mirror my fanjo is massive! Confused The labia are all swollen, never looked like that before! I'm now of course worried I have varicose veins, they are all achy and throbbing, please tell me this is normal! Hmm My research has found this beauty from the states! Wink It applies pressure for you! Naice!

I also appear to have a sort of bump now (16+5) [read: my entire abdomen is pushed forward making me look fat Hmm ]

FriendofDorothy · 24/11/2014 13:57

Ahhh Miss Hobart I would love to give you good news but if it is a vulval variscosity I can just offer sympathy.

I had one after I gave birth to The Little Mister and it was the most painful thing ever. I would have taken labour over that pain every time!

TheOriginalWinkly · 27/11/2014 15:12

How's the fanjo MissH? Prizes for finding the least sexy underthing ever and posting a photo of it.

OP posts:
MissHobart · 27/11/2014 20:52

All right thanks! I'm hoping it was just another wonderful pregnancy blip! Confused

It really is quiet on here at the minute! I'm in the limbo desert so not much to report, I think everyone else is busy with baybees! I'll be back with a drama soon no doubt! Wink

MissHobart · 27/11/2014 20:53

How'r you doing winks ?! Grin

TheOriginalWinkly · 28/11/2014 16:48

I'm good thanks, not much to report here. MiniWink is doing well, the C word is just round the corner. All agreeably dull :)

bugs if you're out there, hope you're ok.

FriendofDorothy · 30/11/2014 11:15

Very! I'll have an update tomorrow! I hope everyone is doing alright! Smile

Fankletastic · 01/12/2014 12:36

Indeed! Anyone out there...? Hoping everyone is just having a sane and rational time of it at the moment.

I'm back now after a hectic week last week doing my work handover. It went really well but it was v full on. This week is my last week at work but I'm working from home and just finishing up stuff. Feels strange but good.

Nothing much to report from me, except the protruding little fucker is still there, although thankfully not causing me any problems. I've also started to feel definite shooting pains in my general cervix area, most noticeably when walking. When I saw my mw last week she guessed Fanklet was 3/5 engaged so I am thinking these twinges are related to the head pressing down. It's very alarming as I keep thinking I'm going to go into labour early. I'd really rather not so please hang on Fanklet. 5 weeks to go. AAAARRRghghghg I cannot fricken believe I am going to actually meet my baybee soon! I'm so excited but utterly terrified.

Bought a bababing changing bag, nursing bras and giant maternity pads yesterday. Buggy and car seat being delivered tomorrow. Now we just need to decide whether to get an isofix base...opinion seems to be divided between those that swear by them and those that say 'meh'.

C'mon hags, pipe up! Why so quiet?!

MsJupiter · 01/12/2014 19:09

Hello hags, sad news from me I'm afraid as I had a mc last weekend at 9 wks and spent a few days in hospital. Physically recovering from it, not sure I have dealt with it emotionally yet. Very good NHS care and family support has helped. Plus L's lovely face. I am so lucky to have him.

FriendofDorothy · 01/12/2014 19:30

Oh Jupes I am so, so sorry to hear that.

Treat yourself kindly my love xxxx

FrankelandFilly · 01/12/2014 20:34

MsJ I'm so sorry to hear your news. Very unESHly hugs for you.

We're doing good over here, I think E's on the verge of crawling and has now cut 2 teeth!

TheOriginalWinkly · 01/12/2014 20:58

MissJ I'm so sorry. Glad you're being supported. Take care

fank that's some good shopping, not long at all now! Personally I love the isofix. Fucking about with seat belts when its pissing down and your baby is grumpy isn't fun.

frank that's fab, clever E :)

MiniWink can sit up all by herself I am going out tomorrow and leaving her and HWCA to it. I am Nervous.

Fankletastic · 02/12/2014 09:45

So sorry to hear this MsJ. Miscarriage is heartbreaking.

Thanks Winks. Good point!

eurochick · 02/12/2014 21:08

Oh MsJ I'm so sorry. The emotional hurt is really tough.

fanks not long now! I am another isofix fan. Our maxicosi seat doesn't seem very good when just fixed with a belt (maybe we're doing it wrong but that's the thing - you have to position the belt correctly each time). It seems rock solid with it. And as Winks said, it's really easy to just click the seat in and out.

At merely 19 weeks old, centime seems to have got the hang of bfing. I had given up trying (I'd had some success with nipple shields but then she started fussing with them so I just didn't bother any more). The other day she was yowling while KFZK was preparing a bottle so I shoved a boob in her face and she took it. She's done it again today. Let's see if it lasts...

I had her weighed yesterday for the first time in a month. The little chunk is now 12lb5 and tracking her centile exactly (just under 9th for her actual age and a bit over 25th for her corrected age - which is about where she measured at the 20 week scan before everything went Pete Tong). I'm so pleased. :)

TheOriginalWinkly · 02/12/2014 21:12

Oh wow euro, amazing!! :) Clever C. I know I keep saying it, but it's just incredible how well she's doing.

OP posts:
FrankelandFilly · 03/12/2014 09:32

Well done C! That's great news Euro Grin

I think tooth number 3 may be about to put in an appearance after dealing with a baby screaming solidly for 25 mins at 1am She's also just a little bundle of energy at the moment, rolling everywhere and getting into everything. She's quite the the whirlwind Grin

ALittleFaith · 03/12/2014 20:39

Been lurking, I'm so sorry Joops. Really, truly sorry. Look after yourself Thanks

Fankletastic · 06/12/2014 23:15

Wow, it really is quiet in here. Yoohooo....?
Thanks for the thoughts on isofix bases. The Vista is all built up (surprisingly easy) but we need to try folding it and putting it in the boot. Going to do that tomorrow morning.

I'm officially on maternity leave! Looking forward to having next week to myself so I can start Christmas shopping and get the sewing machine out.

Euro great to hear the Centime is chubbing up nicely and taking the boob.

Frankel teething and crawling?! That's pretty cool :-)

TheOriginalWinkly · 07/12/2014 16:44

Shall we chat amongst ourselves fank? :) Hooray for mat leave! How nice to not have to go to work over Christmas. And hooray for building the pram, I love my Vista (though I would say MiniWink prefers the sling, at a push) How are you feeling? I think this is a far nicer time of year to be heavily pregnant than the height of summer, plus you don't need to scratch around for excuses as to why you're not drinking Grin

I am in the bath. I fed MiniWink and expressed enough for a small feed, ran a hot bubble bath, got the beer that I didn't have last night as she wouldn't settle, and told HWCA that I am only to be disturbed if there is blood. Bliss.

OP posts:
Fankletastic · 09/12/2014 00:17

Excellent work Winks that sounds blissful.
What sling do you have? I bought a hana wrap today at my first ever visit to my local sling library. I think I'm going to like being on maternity leave! I then went Christmas shopping and knackered myself out, but had a lovely time browsing in John Lewis, going for coffee etc.

I'm feeling ok, thanks for asking. Just a bit heavy and slow on my feet, mainly due to these twinges I've been having on and off in my cervix. They're sharp and a bit worrysome bit I've been having them for about 10 days now so don't think it means anything...just that Fanklet's head must be pressing down on my cervix sometimes.

Baby brain is proving to be a real issue though. Got all mixed up with changing from my work phone back to my personal phone and accidentally texted all my friends the wrong number. Oh and then I sent the wrong SIM card to my work replacement. None of my friends's texts have been coming through and my friends must think I'm ignoring them... Oh I'm confusing myself just trying to describe the havoc I have wreaked!! Please tell me this will go away!

bugs how's it going? Are you surviving?? Gorgeous pics on t'other place by the way :-)
