So whilst I continue to be utterly thrilled to still be on this thread, I started chucking up last night. Had awful HG until 16 weeks last time and was so hoping to avoid it this time . Going to treat myself to some acupuncture on Friday as it was the only thing that helped me last time (although bank balance suffered as a result). Justyouwait - you should definitely try travel bands. They didn't work for me but work for others - the main point they focus on for acupuncture is the same pressure point. I obviously have a thick skin though as only needles hit the spot for me! Anyway, I'm flagging myself up as someone who's very jealous of those who haven't got any material symptoms (although I am looking forward to "getting my boobs back"). So is DH I expect, although sadly he won't be allowed anywhere near them whilst I feel like this .

Just I found sea bands plus get ginger capsules really seemed to help during my first pg. Don't usually go in for stuff like that but was willing to try anything!

DA, I'm so sorry to read that. I hope you're being looked after, and that your body has worked out it can do this getting pregnant thing.

And thanks Bumpity - I have spent most of the day in bed. Managed some toast this morning and then slept for most of the morning before managing to get up briefly for lunch before returning once again to my blacked out bedroom. Haven't been sick but have just felt seasick all day and lots of coughing and retching this morning. Looking forward to DH coming home, but that won't be until much later.

My hormone levels are not doubling.
6000 on Friday, 11000 on Sunday and just under 15000 today.

Feeling pretty down but have another scan on Friday. Hope by some fluke of nature things might be ok :-(

Don't blame you Sunshine what stupid thing to say. Did you manage to sort it out?

Thankfully yes, the guy who dropped the keys off sent a report over after I spoke to the company and told them it wasn't 'fit to enter' but if he hadn't of mentioned it to me when dropping them off I would of just gone straight there as expected so I was so grateful he did, so now it's going to be deep cleaned and fumergated before I have to go back! So that's made me feel better and didn't have to mention anything about being pregnant to anyone else!!

I'm glad your DH is back soon purple, I can't imagine not having DP around all the time, must be tough at times like this, when u want him around!

Sunshine When it comes to protecting our babies, hell hath no fury etc. A horrible situation to be in and I hope it all works out for you.
Have started taking Lactulose so I hope it works.

Just got a BFP with EDD 13th May. My 3rd and last

Was trying for nearly 2 years and I'm 41 so thought that was it for us. Could barely tell DH as I was laughing hysterically.

congratulations to you aswell. I have 2 DS aswell they are 3 and 6 (will be 4 & 7 by may) I'm hoping for a DD (obvs healthy comes first)
