mrshjb good to see you again! Wow scan next week already, that has flown around! Post pics! :)

JacktheLab · 04/07/2014 11:31

Little miss, nothing here, just wishing for winter (misery guts!) I think there is one piritin you can take but it makes you drowsy and as I drive a lot for work that's a no no!

Friday hurrah! I have so much on at work these days and I've already decided to finish up at Xmas, only five months to go and so much I need to achieve!!

JacktheLab · 04/07/2014 11:45

Oh we should think about a thread title for the next thread, not too many left till we'll fill this one up!

BanglesSpangles · 04/07/2014 14:00

Afternoon all

Hay fever seems to be affecting everyone I know a lot worse than usual at the mo- damn you, weather!

All packed and ready to go for my Scotland conference- packing seemed to take forever yesterday so didn't go to bed till really late and consequently am feeling rather rubbish at the mo... airport nap may be in order late on!

freneticfox · 04/07/2014 14:08

Had my early private scan, measuring 7w5d rather than the 8w3d I thought, which isn't too bad :)

hanflan · 04/07/2014 14:25

That's awesome frenetic, by the time you have your 12wk scan it might be all the way back to tie in with your predicted dates! Lot's of people seem to be pushed back in their early scan, then it goes forward again at 12 weeks :) Soooo how was the scan? Was he/she wriggling around?

freneticfox · 04/07/2014 14:30

It was incredible... can't believe something so small has such a strong heartbeat!! Hang on, will upload a pic..

freneticfox · 04/07/2014 14:33

Presenting, my little Fox Bean!

February 2015
Memphisbelly · 04/07/2014 14:40

Frenetic how lovely! I was shocked too that this tiny beans heart is flickering like crazy....then you are shocked again at 12 weeks because it has head, nose, arms and legs, you could even see ds's boy bits!
I had. A fab morning, went to my last baby group, it was a pnd support group led family group, been going since ds was 5 months old, had a little weep but was nice end to that chapter! Then I came home and booked tickets for 2 concerts in November! Eek

freneticfox · 04/07/2014 14:41

Who you off to see, memphis?

I'm at high risk fro PND, it's great to know there are support groups available x

BanglesSpangles · 04/07/2014 14:43

Aah awesome stuff, frenetic

blankfornames · 04/07/2014 14:54

How amazing Frenetic!! Exciting times!

Memphisbelly · 04/07/2014 14:59

Frenetic I am off to see paulo nutini and counting crows....pondering Ed sheeran too just need the nod from dh for that last one.
Yes it was a homestart led group that were amazing, changed my life.

freneticfox · 04/07/2014 15:11

I love live music. My favourite band are touring over here early next year, when I'll be heavily pregnant; not sure I'll be up to seeing them, which is currently breaking my heart!

Surf25 · 04/07/2014 15:11

Fab pic frenetic! Exciting times indeed!

Memphisbelly · 04/07/2014 15:17

Who is your fabourite band? i went to two rock concerts at 8 months pregnant last time, just picked seated. Had to sit for half of pne as baby was rocking out so much it took my breath away

freneticfox · 04/07/2014 16:38

Alter Bridge. I have seen them before luckily, but they're amazing live!

hanflan · 04/07/2014 16:53

Oooooh I love Alter Bridge! I saw them a while back in London, they were so good :)

freneticfox · 04/07/2014 17:19

I saw them in Nottingham last year; amazing show. Little bit in love with Myles Kennedy. That voice. Makes my creaky knees go all wibbly!

Memphisbelly · 04/07/2014 18:10

So bad that I don't know who they are I will you tube!

All of ds's toys are in an area behind sofa, he is normally really clean but over last month without me helping a bit or telling him it has turned into a mountain of toys! So I have just spent 2 hours sorting them all out and two black bags full to go in the loft and ebay them nearer xmas! Amazing how a bit of a declutter makes you feel better, mil is coming over tomorrow while im at work so at least she won't tut at it!

LittleMissSunshine33 · 04/07/2014 18:37

Bella thanks may look into that!

Memphis I don't know who they are either! lol

I'm a little worried ladies just wiped there was a tiny bit of red spotting it might be a cut but I am trying hard not to panic!

JacktheLab · 04/07/2014 18:38

Memphis, why don't you keep them for the new baby?

I have no idea who Alter Bridge are either! Probably cos I am old tbf.

Friday night hurrah!!!!

BanglesSpangles · 04/07/2014 19:51

I thought I was quite into my music, but haven't heard of alter bridge either- so not down with the kids these days!

Memphisbelly · 04/07/2014 20:23

Little miss try not to worry, keep us posted.

Jack the lab I will only keep one that he adored because if we keep his toys then the baby will get the same amount of toys for xmas and birthday so will be snowed under, I am really ruthless I do a toy cull 4 times a year throwing anything broken or csrbooting/ebaying anything that isn't played with enough then I put money in ds's bank. I have nothing at all left from ds apart from crib, cot and pushchair and maybe the steriliser but I am not sure. My mum probably has a box of baby clothes hidden at hers already knowing her!

freneticfox · 04/07/2014 21:43

Ugh, so over this whole 'getting morning sickness at night' thing :(
