how terrible is all this worrying?! I dont feel as sick today andI keep tthinking somethings wrong. Only thing wrong is my brain probably! Going to do another cb digi on Thursday and hope the numbers have moved up, it will at least give me some piece of mind!

Poly that's awful!! Where abouts are you? The Dr actually made the call while I was there but had to leave a message. Then called me back when she'd heard. Once I've had the scan and providing it goes well I can book my first mw appointment.

I'm in Birmingham. My Dr typed out a referral and sent it electronically while I sat there. He said I should be seen by the consultant within a week. I keep calling the hospital and they keep telling me different things and still no appointment. The very rude woman on the phone last week told me I wouldn't be seen until my 12 wk scan. It's driving me insane!

I'd call the dr and pass on what you were told, hopefully he'll be able to get in contact with them and give them a kick up the arse!!

If I get no letter in the post tomorrow I'll do that. I'm getting so fed up of waiting.

MrsG with my 1st pgnancy, I got my first scan at 5+3 (dating scan) and no one got angry. I just honestly didn't know exactly when we'd conceived, so you could be in exactly the sane situation!

Well after stressing for 3 days about my lack of symptoms, today they are back! Sore boobs, nausea and dizziness! I once again do not know whether to dance or cry?

Dh has been patient about my mood swings so far but I feel so so SO rotten in the evenings now that I just curl up in a ball on the sofa and bark monosyllabic orders/grunts at him. Tonight he's understandably not impressed, but I'm miserable, nauseous, exhausted and über emotional. I know I should be happy and grateful for being pregnant. But I feel like shit.

How are you tonight Treacle?

Would it be really bad if I told the hospital a little lie if my scan date is a little late? We have a family event to go to a couple of days after I'm 12wks and would really like to announce when we have a lot of the family together. If my scan date is after the party I'm considering telling a little fib to get them to bring it forward, i.e. we're on holiday. Would it be awful of me? I'm only thinking about it right now

Barmy I'm not so good tonight which is a shame. I had a much better day and thought the worst was done but tonight I have pain again. Not as bad but it's there. Hoping it's just temporary and won't be a repeat of yesterday. Thank you though and sorry for the essay.
