comms Ha! Tell me about it! As if we might have slipped our minds that we'd given birth. It's lovely that people are excited for us, but I could really do with being left alone now, and if anyone else says 'he'll come when he's ready' I will hormonally shriek at them.
Really don't want a sweep, but really do want this baby out. I have two midwives, Midwife A who I've seen a lot, and Midwife B who unfortunately I've rarely seen due to her being on training then being on sick-leave after an operation. Mid A is a perfectly nice woman, but I've never really taken to her, however Mid B is a cracking lass. Seems (please please) like it'll be Mid B I'll see on Wed. Putting it bluntly, I just wouldn't want Mid A fiddling with my cervix, but I'd trust Mid B to. If it's not, how could I ever tell Mid A that I don't want to her to do a stretch n sweep, and request her (junior) colleague?
