Scan was fine, all bits in order. Little tinker was all balled up though so we had trouble seeing between their legs! Sonographer was 80% certain it's a girl - very exciting! How did it go for you shak? Xxx

Well, I think I am getting some good baby training in, have been awake since 1 am when dh came home after a works do and smored like the god of thunder all night. Gave up trying to sleep at 5 and got up. Did not know they show 'Cheers' episode after episode at that time in the morning! Am looking forward to bed time

17 weeks today here and starting to need some new clothes... i have just ordered a swim suit from George at Asda so i can start swimming, and I found a nice dress on sale for a fancy meal i've got coming up, and then i thought i'd look for what i thought would be the easiest thing of all: a spring jacket. i'm outgrowing my winter coat and just want a light jacket for these warmer days. but i can't find anything ANYWHERE. anyone got any recommendations??

Scan was also totally fine here, which was a relief after my scary dream!

We had the girls wait outside until we knew all was ok and then they came in to see, it was lovely. We got a 3D shot as well. Then they asked if was ok for a trainee sonographer to practice on me a bit so we got a bonus 20 minute viewing :)

We all went out for burger and chips afterwards to celebrate!

Great news on the scans. I am half looking forward and half dreading mine on Tuesday. I also feel very fat at the moment- too high to be baby. Really don't want to have to lose as much as last time!!!

Busy remembering what it's like to work full time and catch up with housework at the weekend. Knackering is the answer! Especially with a teething baby who also has a virus of some sorts, thankfully mild. Her third tooth has opposed through today. Not where we thought teeth were coming, so maybe she has 4 on the way, not the two we anticipated!

What hospital are you at flymo?...I'm at worthing, my scan isn't till 5th and I will be 21+5 and it seems like forever away!

Hurrah for good scans! Mine isn't until mid-April.

Travis' post prompts me to ask how folk are doing on weight gain? I piled it on in the first tri but the gain has eased off in the past few weeks.

Hi all. I'm due 9th August. This will be dc2, already having ds 2.9 and a mc last summer.
20 week scan next week-excited but a bit scared! On the plus side, I've been feeling movement for the last 2/3 weeks so everything seems ok at the moment. Just want to make sure. I still haven't told lots of people, especially work, as I'm going for promotion. Not sure how much longer I can hold out though, as I'm pretty big! No dresses for me at the moment, all structured trousers!

Bugger me. I feel absolutely massive tonight. I look about 7 months pregnant! The bump has arrived!

My belly is always bigger in the evening - it is definitely part bloat but it looks huge by the time I go to bed!
