Just got 2 very very (very very very) faint lines. The magical due date doo-dah says 3rd Oct is the magic number. Who knows? It could all go tits up still, but if you, like me, suspect you might be in the early stages it would be nice to chat.

Hello, can I join in? I got my BFP two weeks ago and have been watching this thread ever since. It is so comforting to read everyone else's experiences and know other people are going through exactly the same thing. I am soooo nervous as we are pregnant for the very first time after an IVF cycle and 2 years of trying. Actually I was too scared to even join the thread until now..
Symptoms so far are cramps & twinges, quite heavy discharge, boobs sore at the sides, extreme fatigue and very moody. I'm a delight!
Today I am 6+2 weeks, EDD12th October.

Yay mrsB how long did it take to get your dates through? How far along are you as I was thinking my dates would be kind of similar to those.

Hi bump I'm 7weeks now, I wasn't expecting to hear anything til the end of the month so im pleasantly surprised I've got them so early! How far along are you now?

Mrsb having a scan date is so exciting. I haven't got my booking in appointment until 18th March. The midwife said there really busy at the moment.

MrsB I am 6+3 but GP has dated me at 7+3 so I should hear from them soon but I live in London and it's huge hospital so expecting them to be busy :-(.

I am not expecting to hear anything from my midwife for a few weeks yet either.

However, I have just booked a BabyBond scan for two weeks time :-) I'm quite excited, and so is DH!

I'm still not feeling any symptoms that badly, but I definitely have some. I was nauseous nearly all day yesterday and I'm totally tired and lethargic all the time. I'm also not sleeping very well. Other than that I'm mostly fine!

Got a week off work for half term now and I'm very grateful for the rest!

We've had our scan date through. Very efficient down here it seems. Pretty sure it wasn't so promt last time round.

12 week scan 24/3 at 12+1 by my dates!

6+6 today... Getting there.

So tired today can't wait for my dc to be in bed! Think I'll be getting a Chinese tonight (for me not the kids) can't be bothered to cook now.

So I had my early scan today and all was good . Nice strong heartbeat (120 bpm) and measuring about 6+6 (which ties with my shorter cycle) but she thought my midwives would keep my at my official lmp date of 6+3. Guess I'll find out at my first midwife app next Friday.

Feeling so rough the last couple of days so glad I can relax a bit more (though still early days!).

I've got mine on Tuesday, I'll be 6+5 then. Am already nervous about it!

I am also quite nauseous. DH has booked a lovely weekend away with friends but I've mostly been in bed at the hotel. Staying still and constantly eating sem to be the things that help me. Neither of them comes naturally though!

Tak1ing meant to say congrats and welcome . My first was IVF/ICSI and today's dildocam brought back memories of my treatment and first pregnancy scan! Fingers crossed for you on Tuesday - did you have one or two transferred?

Hello! Can I join please? After a year of trying I got my first ever BFP on Tuesday! EDD seems to be 26th October. Still can't quite believe it, especially as I have no symptoms apart from cramping. I have done a few thirteen tests since then just to make sure. I'm really pleased but incredibly nervous. I'm going to tell my close family tomorrow as it's my Dad's birthday and my sister is going travelling next week for 6 months and would really like to tell her in person.

I already had a GP appointment booked next week to find out my fertility blood test results so will keep it and tell her then.

Congrats to everyone else who has had a recent BFP's and thoughts are with pp who have just suffered a mc. Looking forward to spending the next weeks knicker checking and googling with the rest of you. X

tak1ingchances congrats on your successful obfuscation I'm confused if your Edd is 12th oct that would make you 5+6 today as every Sunday you would enter the next week. So either they've dated you wrong or your edd is wrong (sorry I just wanted to say in case it affects scan dates and such like :-)

Chinese ordered yum can't wait! (Oh dear I'm gonna put on so much weight)

Oh and obsfucation was meant to be ivf cycle not sure what was going on there

Haha dildocam, my eyes widened when I saw the scan lady come at me with that! I think dh's did too haha

Evening all, woops I think I should be checking this thread more frequently as plenty more bfps popped up since my last visit. Wonderful news.
I'm wondering if anyone else is not 100% sure of their dates? I came off the pill last September to ttc and my cycle was all over the place. I may be paranoid but I'm sure I've already got a bump! I'm only 5ft 1 and usually petite, then again it could just be xmas/new year/any excuse over eating. I've got my booking appt with the midwife 26th Feb so hopefully I will learn more....

Hope everyone getting plenty of rest. I'm babysitting for a friend (stocking up favours I can claim back later haha)

No sickness here yet either but I'm lying in bed already, about to go to sleep as my eyes won't stay open. So rock and roll for a sat night!

Oh and I had an hour long nap today too. All the eating and sleeping I'm doing won't be doing my BMI any favours!

Me23 I was definitely 6 weeks on Thursday just gone, with ivf you know exactly when conception ocurred so the dates are very rigid. When I put the first date of my last period into an online calculator it said 12th October so maybe the calculator was wrong?
