ruggle hola! re getting enough of everything, I think the main thing will be folates/folic acid - the RDA for pregnancy is 400ug, and whilst beef is really high in folic acid, so are lots of vegetables, oranges, etc. I guess you already know all that, if you've been a veggie all your life, but you will probably hear about folic acid/folates from your MW, so be prepared to show that your diet has enough (if only to get your MW off your back re supplements). There are lots of online calculators - the folate content of spinach is dramatically increased by lightly cooking it, for example, which I didn't know till I did some research. Do you drink milk? Calcium and iodine are also very important, and if you don't drink consume dairy you may struggle to get enough of those, unless you are mainlining tofu and fortified juices/nut milks (I had a cocoa with hazlenut milk this morning, it was delish!). Basically, you could be getting everything you need, but you'd need to be darn careful to include a lot, and if you were vomiting or not otherwise eating enough you may not be getting the nutrients. Just a thought, and it's entirely up to you and your body - as you say, you've practically always been veggie, so maybe your body doesn't need to up it's nutrients the way other people's do.
In other news, I got my scan dates! Booking appt on the 15th, and scans for dating and nuchal test on the 22nd! Woot!
