Great news your mom was supportive mumma!

I have THE gurgliest tummy ever today lol. And these weird little flicking sensations which I like to think are from the baby but I know it's just wind!

I might see about changing companies or speaking to the creditors themselves - its only just over £2k I owe now which if they agree to hold the interest I could pay it all off within ten months....whilst cutting out the £40 odd that Churchwood take.

Fairydogmother · 11/04/2013 17:53

I think that would be a great idea eco.

suffolk I am beginning to think it might be jellybean somersaulting! Well sure who cares if it is or isn't - I'm happy thinking it is Wink

theboob · 11/04/2013 17:55

Boob, congrats on twins.

Boy, great news.

Poppy, I'm soo sorry. Cx

I had a strange fluttering in my right side today, within a few mins of each other and only last for a few mins. Could it be wind? Im ten weeks tomorrow.

Alwaystheauntie · 11/04/2013 18:53

Boob that's fantastic news. Congratulations!

Harverina - am also a 16/18. Been looking at websites for Isabella Oliver and jojomamanbebe which seem to cater for the more voluptuous lady! At the rate I am going I will be shrinking through this pregnancy. I now have to count carbs cos of the diabetes. I basically can't eat anything nice. Sweet things are out. No pastry. No biscuits. Limited fruit. I am pregnant FFS and I can't have cake!! Grrrr.

Alwaystheauntie · 11/04/2013 18:54

I should clarify that Isabella Oliver also has a lot of clothes that are for skinnies only!!

getoffthecoffeetable · 11/04/2013 19:43

boy that's fantastic news. I'd def say go to Wednesdays scan too.

theboob wow, twins, amazing - is your DP in a state of shock?

poppy so so sorry to hear about your loss. The best of luck with your future family plans.

Thank you ladies for the birthday wishes.
I think I'd only have a facial at the spa really as I hate massages! Very exciting though!

SuffolkNYoni · 11/04/2013 20:07

Wow boob what exciting news!

Dizzy81 · 11/04/2013 20:13

Tmi - but is anyone else experiencing a massive increase in vaginal discharge?

It doesn't smell or itch 3either

getoffthecoffeetable · 11/04/2013 20:17

Yep dizzy count me in on that very attractive symptom! X

Fairydogmother · 11/04/2013 20:25

Wowee amazing news boob! I'm slightly jealous lol!

And yip extra discharge is here as well! The midwife told me it can feel as bad as a full on gushing sensation - lovely

OneLittleToddleTerror · 11/04/2013 20:26

theboob wow, wow, twins! Do you have a toddler? If so, it would be hard work.

dizzy yes, and mine is a horrible yellowish colour too. (Or at least it dries to that on my pantyliner). I have to change my pantyliner after work too. I guess I could have just use two pairs of pants a day. That would be more green isn't it?

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHopeful · 11/04/2013 20:35

Twins Shock that's amazing enormous congrats Grin

I'm getting more discharge too. Midwife said it is normal to get more in pregnancy, she didn't meantion it would be yellow though Blush

honey86 · 11/04/2013 21:48

oh blimey boob :) massive congrats to you Grin

williaminajetfighter · 11/04/2013 21:53

Another yellow discharge here. Urgh.

Harv I'm an 18/20 and best for mat clothes are Next, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, m&s.

JBrd · 11/04/2013 22:06

Boy and boob what fantastic news, that is sooo brilliant! So pleased for you both (although I imagine that you must be in total shock, boob!).

I can also recommend Asos and New Look for larger sized mat wear.

And I'm also in the increased, gushy discharge camp, ladies - maybe I should say I was. I've been spotting since earlier today, trying very hard not to freak out. It's not a lot, and brown, but this is exactly like it started with my mc, even almost down to the same time, just under 8 weeks Confused I know that spotting is normal in pregnancy, but I can't help worrying about where this is heading Confused
And there is nothing that can be done right now, other than wait and see what happens... No point ringing the EPU, we're at a wedding tomorrow, only coming back on Saturday. And after my last experience, nothing they would do right now could reassure me anyway.
Sigh.

Ariel21 · 11/04/2013 22:06

Yup with the (yuk) discharge (second worst word in the dictionary bar 'moist') I often worry it's blood and sneak off to the loo...

Tummy like a bowling ball. Bloated, twingy and tender. Anyone else? Accidentally blurted out my news to a friend today, mainly because she's just done it and is in a similar industry. Just wanted to talk about it I suppose!

Should be 7 weeks by my calculations. Seeing my doctor next week, when I should be 8.

I'm really sorry about your news Poppy. Best of luck for the future.

riverflow · 11/04/2013 22:26

Boy and boob so pleased for you both.

Fairy I am from Northern Ireland too and have always been pro-choice. I will never forget going to the sexual health clinic over 10 years ago. I didn't realise that we couldn't have a termination and asked the nurse. THe look of distain and hate still remains with me. I am sure its her look that leads me.. still ..to be insecure on occasions. I had my reasons and I am proud I didn't let an opressive woman stop me. My Mum and family have alwyas been pro choice and supported with my decision. I too had to travel to 'the mainland'. Its absolutely ridiculous. I went through a phase of getting really really angry at that woman but thankfully that turned to a neutral dislike. Now I just hate the system and culture which permits women to be treated like that. Anyway have thought about a lot more since this, my first planned pregnancy.

Anyway rant over! I have been eating like a pig too. Letting myself away with something I read somewhere about ms which translates into my head as 'eat what you want as long as you keep something down'.

stuffthenonsense · 11/04/2013 22:36

Honey last year I did three months with no kitchen and five kids...one of which was a tongue tied struggling to bf newborn. It was an absolute nightmare and my 'compensation' if you like was one more baby when I was ready (I so wanted to take them all and run). I don't envy you, it took months before I could look at the kitchen (stunning btw) without tears. Disposable plates and cutlery and ready to eat quiche type things were the only options, takeaways but you can't do weeks on them. Try not to stress and feel free to rant here.

getoffthecoffeetable · 11/04/2013 22:57

honey we lived without a kitchen for a couple of months. We cooked on a George Foreman electric BBQ. It was certainly an experience!
