hi bhm the burning has now gone and im v brown spent last two days covered in spf30 i only use 10 wen abroad dodgy english weather
spent all afternoon chilling with my mum in the garden was v nice house in nearly done dh is very excited bless
have just started a beanie hat so if wheather stays nice will be out there again today i love not working i did some baking again yesterday
got my anti d in next fortnight bricking myself

there seem to be a few of us waiting for the anti-d thing. having a total panic today as aught my bump on the door handle this morning and am really scared i've hurt the baby (have started a preg thread, hopefully to get some reassurance)maybe you guys could help? i wouldnt need extra anti-d because of this would I?

Reusable nappies - have to start considering them seriously since you girls are starting to twist my arm. Being a SAHM I really have no excuse.

Hi Everybody! So nice for me to come on today and see all these messages & feel welcomed. Although I didn't know Sheona at all I am so sad for what has happened to her and her little baby, it is an horrific thing and my heart really goes out to her.

I've actually been signed off work for several months for severe hyperemesis, so my employer (who is MEAN) may make me go on maternity leave at 29 weeks. I am better these days but am not going to try going back to work as that will probably set me back again. What themes has everyone been thinking of for baby's room? We are having a little boy & have gone for big painted dots all over his walls, inspiration taken from the Poppy & Mustard curtains we found at a bargain!

It's nice seeing there are a lot of RH neg mums here, my friend was saying the other day we should all donate blood after the births as hospitals are always short of RH neg.

Am totally loving this weather. Its fantastic! I've indulged in some more maternity clothes and have come to the decision that Dorothy Perkins is great!
SIL held a beauty evening thing at her house last night. It was for Temple Spa products. They had some really nice things and my skin feels lovely today from trying all the different products!

Haven't got much coming up from now till baby apart from moving house. Although I've got the Take That concert on the 18th and my birthday at the end of month (I'm secretly hoping dh is going to take me out for a slap up meal )

Dh is once again very excited. Even more so now because they've got a little group of snowboarders this time round and they've asked if he'll be their "leader", lol!

Sheona, how dreadful. Am so, so sorry to read your news. Words seem really inadequate but am sending you lots and lots of love--I know there are people on Mn who have experienced similar bereavements and will be there for you if you need them.

I've now heard from the Harris Birthright Centre which is where I'm possibly having the fetal MRI scan. I say possibly because apparetnly their procedure is I have to have ultrasound first with one of their people (maybe the fluid will have diminished by then and all will be normal--trying to be positive). Anyway, I'll be going there on Thurs.

nbg - what a kit kat bargain ! tried to appease dh by buying snack size ones yesterday, but i know i'll have eaten the lot in 2 days max and will only have to get more .

have just cooked shephars and pie and chips and an apple crumble all from scratch for six as well as undercoating all the new wood work my front room is finally striaght again
re nursery themes ours is baby jungle from mothercare the walls in the nursery are lemon and mint green its very bright lol
