Sept 2013?

Hello - bit early, but I definitely had two positives this morning, wanted to check on drinking vodka this evening or not. I make due date 4th Sep 2013.
I had to terminate a pregnancy in late Sep at 13ish weeks because of incompatible with life diagnosis, so hope that doesn't happen again (I have a 25% chance but hopefully I'll fall in the 75% this time).

amiready - just seen your post. My due date is also 9 September and I'm feeling no symptoms yet. Glad we're both in the same boat - was beginning to feel a little insecure about things!

amiready · 08/01/2013 21:31

You are certainly not alone - I feel the same. In fact I started my own thread about it! Got lots of full termers replying who had never had symptoms - or at least not at the beginning. It was very reassuring....

amiready · 08/01/2013 21:34

sorry - double posting! Yes, don't worry - I'm the same!

Creamtea1 · 08/01/2013 21:39

Hi all can I join? Bfp was 28th dec, edd 5th sept.
No symptoms so far so veeerrrrry paranoid, gradually using up my Internet cheapies doing one a day to make sure the line is getting darker!

amiready · 08/01/2013 21:40

Oh hi CreamTea - congratulations!! I think I remember you from another thread. That's brilliant news!

batfuttocks · 08/01/2013 21:43

I had no symptoms with my first, progressively felt worse with each pregnancy. This time feel hideous almost 24 hours a day. I am due end of August though and therefore a week or two ahead of some of you. My nausea only kicked in about a week ago so plenty of time for yours to start, if its coming!

Creamtea1 · 08/01/2013 21:46

Hi amiready!
Forgot to say have 2 DS already and had identical pregs with both, felt sick as a dog with what was like a 24 hour round the clock hangover for the first 12 weeks, just presumed this would be the same - but as batocks said there is still plenty of time :)

andadietcoke · 08/01/2013 21:57

I have more (albeit mild) symptoms than my last mc pg so even though I'm fairly sure I have psychosomatic nausea some days I'm trying not to worry too much. I'm 5+1 from LMP but only 4+4 from ovulation so still seems really early by all accounts I really want ms though

batfuttocks · 08/01/2013 22:01

How old are your ds's cream tea?

Creamtea1 · 08/01/2013 22:04

5 and 7 batfutocks (good name btw)

batfuttocks · 08/01/2013 22:08

Its getting more apt by the day Grin
Mine are 6 and 4(nearly). Had forgotten how grim the early days are! Congratulations.
I am off to bed, happiest when I am unconscious at present.

jmf294 · 08/01/2013 22:09

Weechops- sorry to hear your sad news, hope you are being looked after.

I have minimal symptoms- slight sore boobs and some nausea.
The days are going slowly!!

ZombiesAreClammyDodgers · 08/01/2013 22:23

So sorry weechops Sad

A Londoner here too, amiready.
creamtea yes it is a bit like a hangover- that's what I was thinking today!
I mostly feel nauseous in the evenings so have become well acquainted with the toilet bowl at work a quick hurl before the commute home

Daisy299 · 08/01/2013 22:49

Barely any symptoms here, but belly feeling very tight and swollen. However, I'm eating very well (almost too well!) in anticipation of sickness kicking in.

CatPussRoastingOnAnOpenFire · 09/01/2013 00:58

Hellooo!
Can I join in? Im 37, and have ds16 and dd13! EEK!
I got my BFP on sunday. It was a total shock! Did CB digital yesterday says 2-3, so 4-5weeks actually, but according to my dates Im only 3+6! Im more than a little confused though, because I tested again today, paranoia after some spotting and its gone up to 3+! Confused Im also getting sore bbobs, nausea, headaches and tiredness! I was joking with dc2 that I had morning sickness from the morning after, but this is daft!

WeeWeeWeeAllTheWayHome · 09/01/2013 01:03

Sad weechops, I hope you are being looked after.

LotsaTuddles · 09/01/2013 05:40

weechops, I'm so sorry to hear that. Hope you're being looked after though xx

LotsaTuddles · 09/01/2013 05:41

Does anyone else wake up starving yet still feeling sick? But I mean properly starving as if you ate breakfast, missed lunch and how you'd feel 5 mins before eating dinner starving.

MeanMrsMustard · 09/01/2013 06:23

Really sorry weechops. Hope you're getting looked after.
x

Kittenkatzen · 09/01/2013 07:25

tuddles I feel like that constantly at the moment! Funny thing is though once I start eating anything I really quickly get full/don't want it any more! My capacity for eating is diminishing but I love eating!! GrinSadGrin

creamtea I'm finding the internet cheapie tests really unreliable - I'm still only getting faint BFPs at 4+6 and with fmu. I had to do a CBD this morning to reassure myself (it went up to 2-3 so was happy with that Smile)

So are there lots of commuters around here then? I have a long train commute into London (over an hour each way) and am getting a bit worried about coping if/when morning sickness arrives! Any tips?

andadietcoke · 09/01/2013 07:37

Hi Catpuss very jealous of your 3+ - I'm still trying to get up the courage to do one after some ladies had random results last week!

jennimoo · 09/01/2013 07:41

kitten I drive a lot for work and am often out and about so I bought sick bags on eBay last time around, but never needed one! Have just put it back in my handbag in case though...

Kittenkatzen · 09/01/2013 08:04

Oh god I'm not sure I could cope with using a sick bag on a packed commuter train Shock still, I guess it's marginally better than puking on some poor stranger....

kimjayne · 09/01/2013 08:24

im literally on my bus now. Totally agree, morning sickness + commute = disaster. I have a 50 min journey each way. I've started wearing my travel sickness bracelets on my journey which seems to be working (so far). Although I dont actually think my morning sickness has reached its peak yet. It seems to worsen every day so by this time next week I might well be vomming into my handbag. :(
Anyone else finding it hard to each lunch? I am fine with breakfast and dinner but I can't stomach anything during the day at all. I really have to force myself to eat. Sad

jennimoo · 09/01/2013 08:30

I need to set off for a 45m drive but feel shivery and pukey and don't want to leave the sofa.

I find the only way to stop the sick feeling is to eat: all day!
