Welcome Insanity - I also feel like I am really showing at the moment (I am only 9 weeks but it is my second). Because everyone at work (in fact everyone I know!) knows we were TTC (had been doing so for 15 months so gave up keeping it secret) I think it is only a matter of time before they all guess!

Santa I only know they are gas pains because I had them after my CS for the longest time. I feel very fat too but I think it is because my belly is so huge.

There isn't much more space in business and the food is not worth the huge bill. I always buy food when possible before boarding the plane. What I like about business is the alcohol and the flat beds. I can't drink or lie on my back in the next 7 months so economy extra WITH reclining seats is best.

Had dating scan yesterday and am roughly 8wks, so am on the wrong thread as will be due in March! Lovely to meet you all briefly anyway, good luck everyone :)

I have my 12 week scan tomorrow and i cant relax. I keep having visions of an empty scan screen and an apolegetic scan technicion saying she cant find any baby just lots of layers of fat! Help have I lost my sanity?

Insanity Good luck. I expect to deliver in March although my due date is the 21st.

bloom As long as the technician doesn't whack my bladder like they did last time I will be a happy camper. I don't know how I didn't pee my pants. They will find lots of fat on me. I am very bloated, much more so than last time.

I had the same fear bloom, but had 12 week scan on Monday and everything was fantastic - baby throwing itself around and standing on it's head! Life is so much easier now I've told nearly everyone - no more having to try and conceal it and fib to people. Everyone so happy for us - now just want to stay healthy and hope baby just keeps growing! Hope everyone else doing ok too.

Had some sad news today that I have had a missed miscarriage - probably some time back but only just started bleeding so went to hospital this afternoon.

I have said farewell to the lovely Facebook ladies so wanted to say good bye and good luck on here as well. It has been lovely sharing it with you all and best wishes for the rest of your pregnancies. I shall no doubt check in from time to time and hopefully won't be too far behind you with another BFP.

I've got my 12 week scan on Wednesday and I'm so nervous

Emma posted about her wedding coming up soon so may have slipped off her radar blooming. A wee reminder if she hasn't added you in the next few days may be a good idea.

Found out this morning that my sister is 5 weeks along. Happy for her but I still don't like her DH!

Could I be added please? Already have DS1(7) and DC2 due Feb 18th. First scan on Wednesday morning and quite nervous. Wasn't worried at all with DS as was younger and didn't occur to me that everything wouldn't be fine but now as I'm older I'm aware of so many people who've lost their babies around this stage that I'm more nerves than excitement.

Can I please join? Ive been lurking for weeks but didn't want to join until I had had my 12 week scan. It was last week and I am 13+3, due on 1st Feb and my baby is hyperactive - I wasn't expecting to see so much movement!! He/ he wa bouncing, hiccuping, doing somersaults - it was amazing!

I hope everyone is getting on ok, I'm still suffering from tiredness & sickness but hoping it will start to get better soon.

Tip for those with scans coming up - be careful how much water you drink! I drank two bottles going into the hospital and then there was a huge backlog and I had to wait over an hour for my scan. Thankfully the nice sonographer let me go to the loo as I was very close to having an accident!

wiggy I'm so nervous too terrified there'll be nothing there or that it will have stopped growing weeks ago :/

Wiggy, Pinkie me too! My scan is on Thursday and I'm starting to get worried... feeling v. sick still, and can feel the bump getting bigger but I'm just nervous!

Fingers crossed we will all be OK!
