new thread for a new week!!
with our heads held high and our bumps pushed out we can happily say sod 'em to all those grumps who think crimbo is a bad time for new babies!!

yep my dh cooks a lot of the time too, always if he is home first, as long as there is no pressing diy or study to do.
I will probably do more when I am off work, but am lucky that he isn't one of these men who expects a full meal on the table each night. dd was a spring newborn and we had lots of tapas & salad types meals when she was small My plan is to try and fill the freezer with some ready made meals and some homecooked ones as well, that's the theory anyway......
I am crashing when I go to bed lately, in bed by 10.30pm and pushed out by the alarm at 6am. Would be in serious trouble if that changed.......well everyone around me would be anyway
pancakes, love pancakes, especially with ice cream and maple syrup.....dh made his brother some for breakfast yesterday, I was at work already though, so missed out

I'm so making pancakes later on.

Well, I'm totally fed up with wallpapering now. Keep doing a bit then looking at it for 20 mins trying to get the motivation to put up the next piece. Only about 4 sheets to go but I'm running out of steam fast.

Ei, I'm so glad you appointment went OK. Hopefully everything will be right as rain by the time Dec comes.

Well all my ironing is done finally so suppose technically I could get dressed. Just had our lunch and now feel like flaking out..lol

sooooooooo not fair as I cant have peanuts due to asthma and allergies..wven though nuts isnt one..boo hoo it is all I have really wanted from 4 wks pg..lol

ladies, had lunch out with dha nd had pudding fabulous pecan and chocolate tart. lovely. there was pancakes I thought of you guys!!
in good relived mood, guess what i did??
I moved my next scan! it was really easy -I expected a fight LOL!- I now have it the wednesday before the baby show, so I can hopefully get the all clear and then have my 4d scan at the show without worrying what they might see. god the relief. its like a huge weight off my shoulders.
ei- so glad all was well at appointment.
oh
and secretstork -thankyou SO MUCH for my arty stamps, might just rustle up some gift tags this evening when I cant sleep how thoughtful, thankyou very much.

Managed to not eat any chocolate today, despite somewhere here giving me 2 chocolate bars....had a yoghurt instead
I do have an hour on the train ahead of me though, so make no promises for that

Thanks, needed that! Am off for a bath too cos i just feel like i want to hibernate!

Had a really bad night! Woke at 1.30 am with really bad acid throat so went down stairs to get milk. Was sat on sofa when braxton hicks started and continued till 3.30am! At one point i thought i had to be in labour! Not nice at all cos each time pain came i felt sick with the acid reflux!!! Finally got back into bed at 4am and was awake on toliet at 6.30! So not much sleep and have had to work all day which isnt easy when you are cramming 4 kids, double buggy and all the extras into a tiny car!
Then got DS home to find out he hadnt had his school photos taken so rang school who said they had waited for me to bring his sister!! I promptly said it would be a long wait as she wasnt due till christmas! They had put him on the wrong list and he hadnt even had his photo taken with the class! Im so upset by this and just want to cry! He was excited by the photos today and i cant believe that noone at school bothered to check the form i sent in saying he was having the photo by himself!!!
Car will be ready tomorrow but when i rang DH he said he cant get to the bank so may not get it back till saturday! Alright for him cos hes got no kids in his!
Am going for my bath then am off to bed cos just want to shout at DH well at anyone really!!

Totally knackered as I've finished wallpapering and done the first coat of paint on the boys room. The way I'm going I'll get the lot done by mid Oct and have nothing to do when I finish work.

Bonkerz, so sorry you had such a bad night, makes mine seem like a breeze. Plus you had to work all day too. I hope you have a nice relaxing evening, sounds like you deserve it.

AGHHHH still want to scream. Had a lovely bath BUT DH came home and ll he had to do was put the hose in the back of the tumble dryer! You guessed it, he couldnt do it so I had too! Bloody 27 weeks pregnant and im climbing on a tumble dryer to pop a hose in a hole! Could kill him. Hes reverted back to MR THINK OF HIMSELF again and im close to breaking point! Have come to bed with the other half of the chocolate bar from SS. If i dont sleep tonight nor does he!! Arse!!!

Yes george it was my flake from the other day. Ninah needed the choc more than me besides I ate a packet of peanut M&M's this afternoon.

Had a note from Royal Mail today so have to isit the post office tomorrow. I haven't ordered anything (that I can remember) so perhaps it's my ss gift - ohhhhh exciting!!!

All of which i havent got..oh and am in my pjs?
Havent done tp test,kep 4getting...Am so tired lately and cant stop doin chores...

Well my house is nearly back to normal..apart from the baby room but that has plenty of time to be sorted. Past couple of weeks has been about decluttering and now oyu would actually believe adults live here instead of a hoard of toddlers..lol Thanks to toys being upstairs and limited downstairs we are actually getting our house back For how long remains to be seen but tonight I am proud to say I can see the dining table for the first time in at least 3 months..lol Still got a load of stuff to be sold on ebay..especially a load of fisher price little people..we have a whole tub full..lol

morning all am on wireless network -a birthday gift- and delighting in internet and the sofa or bed mixing!!!! I will never be off here now tho! uh-oh!
made lots of gift tags last night with my SS gift. so thanks again stork. was nice to be arty and forget housework/internet/ds's homework for abit
ebbie, I'm sorry theres not goodies lurking in your house right now.....I have a new peanut butter brownie recipe if youd lke it? I can highly reccommend it..........

I might convince dh to let me buy all paint for nursery, or at least do some christmas shopping online...I feel like i need to start achieving things today.......which could be a worry!!!
