Must be soon?

MarsLady · 20/11/2008 18:03

Yes! I'll email him this and get him to tell you all the news.

I know he might be kind of busy an all.

Some people.....

You love them, you nurture them, you allow them to be one of the first men to join MN, and then they make you wait for the birth story.

Highlander · 23/11/2008 17:19

he's probably sweating over another epic baby film.......

misdee · 23/11/2008 17:49

oh come on hub2dee. though i could just email you and ask lol.

MarsLady · 23/11/2008 19:45

I've emailed and I text him. I could go into full blown stalker mode if you like.

hub2dee · 24/11/2008 16:47

The rumours are true...

Second baby girl born 30th October. Decent weight. Everyone doing well, especially dd1 who is delighted by the new alien. Sadly, after a few weeks at home dd2 developed breathing difficulties and spent a week on oxygen in hospital (RSV / bronchiolitis, apparently it's all the rage over the winter months). She was only discharged yesterday. DW is on some evil pills to control blood pressure so feels unpleasantly weird, and dd1 has had a series of three chest infections in as many weeks, so my nurse's uniform is wearing thin.... but all is heading in the right direction.

When I get round to it I'll upload some pics or a slideshow.

misdee · 24/11/2008 16:48

love to you, dee and the girls.

hub2dee · 24/11/2008 19:27

BP issues only post delivery, weird, but it can happen. I expect you'll know all about beta blockers and calcium antagonist whatnots misdee !

Had to post or Mars would have been flicking stones against my window tonight and LGJ would've posted my deepest darkest MN secrets...

;-)

CantSleepWontSleep · 24/11/2008 19:34

Sorry to hear that everyone's been ill. Chest infection rife here atm - they are the pits.

Bubble99 · 24/11/2008 22:06

Congratulations!!!

Pics of both DD2 and you in uniform, please.

aDad · 25/11/2008 08:27

Hey hey nice one, congrats! Girls rock.

Sounds like you've all had it really rough though, so here's to everything calming down for Christmas and all of you staying healthy and out of hospitals.

Hulababy · 25/11/2008 08:32

Congrsatulations!

hub2dee · 29/11/2008 18:26

Cheers everyone.

dd2 has been out of the hospital for nearly one week and doing great. dd1 will be relieved to be returning to nursery on Monday (we kept her off for a week to try and avoid her bringing The Next Big Nursery Bug back whilst dd2 was still weak). Everything returning to vaguely normal. :-)

misdee · 29/11/2008 18:36

It's the itchy tights which get me. ;-)

All the nurses on the paed ward had a fun print uniform top instead of regular blue or white scrubs. Great team.

BreevandercampLGJ · 29/11/2008 19:32

Yeah yeah, whatever.

Pics NOW

Congratulations to you and your wonderful family.
