Don't know if anyone is there, but I just wanted to right down this. It's the due date today of my first baby I m/carried. Just wanted to mark it somewhere. Going to go home early today and have a nice afternoon in the garden thinking about it. I was 15 weeks and had thought all was going to be ok but it wasn't. Thinking of everyone on here who has miscarried. One more due date to deal with in Mrach and that should be the first hurdle over with.
LOL to all xxxxxxx

Sending my good wishes to all on this thread.
Something I saw today in the paper is that the first Babyloss Awareness Week is running from October 11-17. It has been organised by parents who have experienced the loss of a baby.

so sorry for your loss, lewei.

Sending love and hugs, Lewei (and to everyone else on this thread). I'm at that exact stage too. Thank heavens for Mumsnet - a great, great support.

Yes, from me too Lewei. We will be attending a memorial service at our hospital for everyone who has lost a baby whilst in their care, at the end of Babyloss Awareness Week. It helps to have a focus to remember in the company of others who understand.
Jodee, you're right, where would we be without the support we get on Mumsnet?

LOL and hugs Lewei.
That article was spot on. It really made me think. So many people say, 'well you've got one already'. I always say, yes I have and I'm so proud but I know exactly what I've lost and how it feels etc...
