epithelial folds

I was wondering if anyone could help me tell if my toddler has epithelial folds, she’s not from the heritage that she should and I’m trying to rule out things (pregnant and extremely paranoid it’s most likely nothing but so paranoid). This is not meant to be offensive in the slightest just trying to rule things out and calm myself

I’m not an expert but it doesn’t look like she does to me OP. On this old thread there are lots of posters whose children do have them and are perfectly fine
