Okay, I either need a fix for this issue, or, I need good suggestions as to how to put DS on ebay

In the morning, he keeps taking his nappy off, and throwing and possibly eating (but cant confirm it and have no real wish to) his poo.

Clearly this is not good for anyone. So - how do i fix?

No solutions = thread in ebay asking how to list DS successfully.

So, its in your hands....

Have you tried dungaree type things? Anything to stop him reaching the nappy?

Stick the nappy to him with plentiful packing tape.

Have baby monitor on, run to get him?

Put him in babygrow, or giant sleepsuit or similar?

Ugh ugh ugh ugh, by the way. You have my sympathies. Mine tend to get their willies out, and DS2 went through a phase of undoing his nappy while going to sleep, but of course he's dry at night (but not in the day ), so he would just wet the bed in the morning. Nowhere near as bad as yours ... oh! ... but moving him to pull-up nappies fixed it! Have you tried those?

He is 22 months.

HE is like a miniature Houdini. He has been able to, for quite some time, escape from a 5 point harness.

We have put him to sleep in pyjamas and a fleece sleepsuit and he got out of that.

Pyjamas and a grow bag (that zips from the top downwards) and he got out of that of course.

I think a sleepsuit on backwards would probably last a few nights at best.

Oh, and the running to get him wouldnt be quick enough as our bedroom is upstairs from him.

Am liking the idea of girls swimming costume, but, I think he'll be able to get out of that too. As I said - 5 point harness is no problem for him at all.

PMSL colditz - you would though would you!!! I would too come to think of it anything rather than get up and clean all that mess up everyday! (VVVQV) If its any consolation my dd1 did cover herself in pooh after climbing over her stairgate in protest at being made to sleep in her own room / bed so sympathy is there honestly.

LOL at handcuffs.

He'd be able to pull the nappy downwards off of him. Thats how he started to learn how to remove the nappy in the first place.

Back to front - good idea in principle, but again, he'd pull it down.

Can you put a potty in his room and see if he'll sit on it to poo? Make it a musical one and you'll hear him before he has a chance to fling it, maybe?

Or get DP to sleep in there for a few nights to break the habit?

Oh - and I completely sympathise with the eBay wish - a few times DH has called on the way home to see if I want anything picked up from the shops...

do u fancy a add on ebay buy one ds get my 2 dd's free i had prob like this but mine could not get out of pull ups with popper vest and babygrow plus one of those fleece zip up all in one suits

put a baby vest over the top so he can't get to the straps.

Yes, will try.

Although, when escaping from his gro-bag he screams out in his sleep when his arms get stuck inside/outside.

He really is an odd child

What is the root cause do you thinketh?

Is he pissed off that he can't isketch yet?
