To ask how tall your 7 year olds are?

DD is 7 and in year three....one of the youngest. She is suddenly looking rather short net to the others..measured her today and she comes up at 4 feet exactly.

Is that short? Or are all the kids here giants? She's 8 in July....how tall are your 7/8 year olds please?

I KNOW I abu to ask this here but bugger it.

My niece is tall too soup..but that won't mean DD will be will it...different parents!

Gosh, really?

My DD has just turned 7 and is 140cm tall and the tallest in her class (but we live in Japan so no great shock tbh).
Her (Japanese) dad is 190cm tall, as is my DB, so we weren't imagining she'd ever be tiny.....
Am kind of glad to see there are so many other tall kids of her age around though (at least on here - each time we've been back in the UK, she has always towered over her peers there too).
Would be dull if they were all the same though, huh?
