DD never managed to crawl, she did manage to bum shuffle from 12 months and the speed was amazing!! She finally took her first steps at 21 months, I was so worried at the time but now I realise how lucky I was. DS has been a fidgety baby since the day he was born. He used to lean so far forward in his bouncer seat that he would fall over the strap. He started crawling at 7 months and walked at 11 months. This was followed shortly by running, climbing, lots of falling and climbing out of his cot which dd still can't do at 4! they are almost the same size and weight. I get funny looks from people too, because DS behaves as you would expect him to at 16 months, but he looks more like a 3 year old!

My boy kinda skipped crawling and started walking at 7 months by 9 months he was up and down stairs running and jumping! My girl is currently 7 months today and crawling away and trying to pull up on thing although she is not steady when she pulls up. I’d imagine she will be walking at 8/9 months. She first started pulling herself along the floor around 5 months old but has only just started to sit up on her own too 6.5 months. Each child is different but they all get there in the end :)
