Does my DD have monster feet?

I've just bought school shoes/socks for DD age 4.5. She's a size 12 shoe. Socks seem to come in a 9 - 12 or 12 - 1 size, so I was going to get the bigger ones (she can grow into them ) - the age on these was for 7 year olds. She's always been big for her age, but is this bigger than average? How big are the feet of your 4/5 year old?

Guess she'll never blow over in the wind, eh?

my 6 yr old dsd has size 11 feet -- but they seems to be smaller than average

sdd is 4.5 and size 12 her feet look huge.

ds is 7 and has size 12's but dh and I have smallish feet.

My dd is a couple of months younger than yours, NP, and wears a size 11 shoe. She's in age 6 - 7 clothes though, so is big for her age.

I have mighty size 8s and am quite tall, so maybe she is just taking after me. Poor little thing!

I keep consoling myself with the fact that as dd is only 4, she has plenty of time for her feet to settle down and start to grow at a more sedate pace!

my boy charge who is enarly 5 has just got his proper school shoes size 10 1/2.... his feet have really grown tho as in april he was still a size 8!

My ds1 is nearly 6 & has just gone into a size 10 shoe!

my ds is nearly 6 and is a 13.5 and dd is 4 and is size 10.5/11

My 6 year old ds wears size 12, and I thought HE had big feet! My 4 (and a little bit) dd is only just a size 7.

my dd is 3.8 and her feet are size 9 which i alwaqys though was pretty huge!!!

Glad im not the only one! my ds is 4.5 and hes in a 13 shoe!!!! i die everytime they measure his feet!

my ds at 4.5 had a 13.5 shoe size he is now 8 and a size 3.5.my dd was an 11 at 4.5 but now she is a 12.5 at 6 yrs.

glade iam not the only one. my 2 year old dd has size 9 feet.

dd1 who is 5, has size 10 feet. dd2 who is 3 next week, has size 9 feet. hmmm.

So, are they all just bigfoots or are they just generally big all over? DD was on the 99th centile for pretty much everything when life revolved round the little red book. Like WWB's DD she is in size 6-7/7-8 clothes for some things and she's about 116cm tall - so I think she is probably in proportion.

dd2 was off the charts for height andf weight last time she was checked (january)

My DS is 4, 5 in April, and wears size 12.5every time we go for new shoes he needs at least one size bigger, if not two. I think he is quite stocky and tall for his age and wears clothes for a 56 yr old. In a couple of weeks we have to get new ballet shoes and they'll probably be a size 1 (!) as they come up very small...

My 4 year old ds is coming up for size 9.

ds3 is 2 and a size 9.

dd is 13 and a size 8
ds1 is 11 and a size 6
ds2 is 9 and a size 4

Big feet run in our family!!!
