It's actually an interesting resurrection of a zombie. Quite a few of the no way names of 2010 are used in 2016.

You're right Paxillin I now quite a few people who've named their daughters some of the names listed, the worst being; Molly May

I really dislike Isla and Alexandra... (I do know old ladies with these names, but I don't think they're typical old lady names.... But I just have a weird aversion to these names).

But I do I like Millicent, Patience (but as a 2nd Name) and Nora. And I simply love Iris. It sounds feminine & pretty but also smart and strong!

From the names in this thread: Phyllis, Gertrude (or Trudie), Marjorie and Shirley are rather terrible names imo.

And btw, I think the resurrection of this thread is pretty awesome!
Seeing as I'm hunting for names for the little bean.... This stuff is interesting :)!

I know a Dorcas and a Fanny. Both shorten them. Both in late 20's. They must hate their parents.

Mary because of the religious theme :/

I love dorcas zombies thread or not!

Most of these names are super popular in Surrey these days. Trust me, all it takes is one smoking hot actress/singer that all the kids want to be like to have one of these names and it will become less old lady and much more "cool". Martha is one such name. Girl at my school called Martha is to this day the most beautiful person I have seen in real life so I always think of the name as young and beautiful not old and frumpy.

oh i love Nora

Jean is a lovely middle name, especially if after a grandmother

I just thought the exact same thing.
