i love it, and I think it fit in really well with other DCs.

StealthPolarBear · 03/10/2009 15:13

This is DD's (2 weeks old) middle name
Just a warning, in America they say "Oddery" - or that might just be Kiefer Sutherland!

belgo · 03/10/2009 15:19

It's lovely, so is Audrina.

andlipsticktoo · 03/10/2009 15:22

Sorry but I hate it. My neighbour is called Audrey and she is a total bully!

I love your other dc names though!

theagedparent · 03/10/2009 15:23

Lovely name and goes beautifully with your other Dcs.

andlipsticktoo · 03/10/2009 15:24

How about

Lois
Tansy
Beatrix
Edna

HappyBump · 03/10/2009 18:01

I love it, beautiful name. I wanted to name my next one that but my DH vetoed it, plus we are having a boy

purepurple · 03/10/2009 18:07

It's my MIL's name
But, I do quite like it

AngryAndFedUp · 03/10/2009 18:10

I love it! I really love Audra too which is slightly more modern imo.

I love your other DC's names too

katnkittens · 04/10/2009 00:32

I think I really like it... it does remind me of old church going ladies but it also makes me think of Audrey Hepburn and is a very classy name.

Hmm oh and there is the flower in little shop of horrors but maybe thats just me...

It goes really well with your DCs lovely names and, yeah, classy...

Clary · 04/10/2009 01:38

Audrey is lovely

Actually my MiL's name too. That's not a gainsayer tho as she is very nice.

I think it goes with yr others tunnytickler. Do you know it's a girl (thought you were looking for boys' names before?)

MrsKitty · 04/10/2009 04:30

I like it. Makes me think of Hepburn & Little Shop of Horrors which I love (so it's not just you Katnkittens!)

dizzydixies · 04/10/2009 08:11

I like it but then I'm a fan of Nancy too

holytoast · 11/10/2009 21:12

Audrey is on my list - love Audrey Hepburn, and love the shorter 'Aude' - sounds a bit french!

just got to persuade dh - but convinced we are having a boy anyway!

My friend just called her daughter Nancy, love it.

GoppingOtter · 11/10/2009 21:15

divine

serenity · 11/10/2009 21:18

It's my Nan's name (and my Mum's middle name), but it doesn't feel old to me. Due for a revival I think

hairymelons · 11/10/2009 21:19

it's beautiful. I always think Hepburn.

Wattinger · 11/10/2009 21:32

Audrey is a really lovely name and I think you have given your other children such great names too.

tearinghairout · 11/10/2009 21:35

Reminds me of Audrey on Corrie rather than Hepburn!

Pyrocanthus · 11/10/2009 21:50

Following a bit too hard on the heels of Blanche!

Perfectly nice name though.

Marioandluigi · 12/10/2009 10:26

I think its lovely and very pretty. Its one of those names I would like to use but I can imagine DH turning up his nose to.

It goes very well with the other names too.

Mung · 12/10/2009 10:28

Its classic, yet different...absolutely beautiful.

wildfig · 12/10/2009 11:11

Love Audrey - it makes me think of Audrey Horne from Twin Peaks, and her minxy red lips and cardigans.

Bagabee · 05/10/2011 22:57

I love it - beautiful and classy. But becoming a bit popular??

beachyhead · 05/10/2011 23:00
