Expecting dc2 in September, already have DS with cornish name beginning with J. We want to continue with the Cornish thing if possible but haven't been struck by anything as yet. Any thoughts?

Hee hee! Why is it that only unhelpful place names come to mind?! St Austell...Port Issac...Polzeath?! That would be a talking point at school. How are you getting on JRocks? Any closer to your decision?

Just boys name dilemma still. Nothing is really grabbing me in an 'I LOVE IT!' sort of way, despite lots of really nice suggestions. Perhaps I won't really know until the baby arrives.

Could be. Let us know what you decide on! How many weeks are you (apologies if you've already said).

I hadn't, I'm 35 and a bit weeks, although currently being assessed as the baby is large and I am not

Going to have to make a decision soon....

We had Cornish sisters in my class at school called Elowyn and Sowena.

Love Demelza.

I'm a bit late on the case and, as you're about to drop, you may have already made a decision.

I already have a son with the same name as yours. For my second I was keen on Towan - cornish for sand dune, like Towan beach.
As we found out we were having a girl early one, I didn't need to convince my dh. Not sure he would have gone for it.
