I like Louisa or Luisa as a first name as well.

I know a couple of Louises and Lydias. The Louises get shortened to Lou or lengthened to Loulabelle and the Lydias get Lid, Lids, Liddy and Liddles.

Hannah and Sophie look like they have been in the top ten for the last five or six years which would put me off, although I like the ring of Hannah Marie. I like Lydia (esp Liddy) but I'm not that keen on Grace. My only caveat with Lydia is that I wouldn't choose it with Lauren as a sister - a bit too similar for me. Rose and Marie are the least popular of your choices (as is Rosemary) which I found quite surprising.

Rosemary, Rosella, Rosanna, Rosina, Rosa, Rosalie are nice alternatives to Rose.
