Do you think 'Scarlett' should have red hair?

I love the name Scarlett but not sure if they are associated with red heads?

lovely name. My dd says she would have liked to have been called Scarlett but our surname is the name of an object, which now sounds really cool, but it would have been like calling her Scarlett Sky, iyswim.
I always associate it with Scarlett O'Hara as she is such an iconic character, but don't think it really matters.

My Scarlett is blonde with blue eyes (and a wee temper!!)

my older children shorten her name to Scarley-warley ( I hope that doesn't stick!)
