what will we do? Where am I going to find a name from? Who wants the dubious honour of picking one for me?

I love Alyssa.

Am American - do you not like American names? I know a few Alyssas, but not common...

dizzydixies · 11/01/2009 23:00

and I shall duely kick your arse

this baby will be Alyssa male or female

sweetkitty · 11/01/2009 23:06

Alyssa Charlotte sounds lovely

Amelia Charlotte??

dizzydixies · 11/01/2009 23:07

kitty!!!! stop giving her alternatives, we're 8 months of work to get her to this stage

pgwithnumber3 · 11/01/2009 23:07

ilove - I will try to dig myself out of the hole I am already in with saying I don't like Lexie... Yes, I do like some American names but to be totally brutally honest, some of them are awful. Alyssa isn't an American name though, is it? I think its Greek in origin.

pgwithnumber3 · 11/01/2009 23:11

I am not going to start any more baby name threads, I am going to tell no-one bar my Mum and Dad the name we like and it will stay locked in my mind until DD3 is born. I am starting to panic that DD3 maybe DS1!

How many names has this poor child been through in utero?

OP posts:
sweetkitty · 11/01/2009 23:18

I told no one my baby names after I had chosen them, then no one can make any comments about them, apart from the whole of MN though.

I decided quite easily for DD3 unlike dizzy

dizzydixies · 11/01/2009 23:19

nobody likes a show off now Kitty

lovelysongbirdie · 11/01/2009 23:22

pg we have this in writting now you know "I am not going to start any more baby name threads"

dizzydixies · 11/01/2009 23:23

lovelysongbirdie · 11/01/2009 23:24

too late dizzy, i've already told them

pgwithnumber3 · 11/01/2009 23:25

I have 3 weeks to change my mind.

OP posts:
sweetkitty · 11/01/2009 23:25

couldn't agree on a middle name though dizzy just gave her two

pgwithnumber3 · 11/01/2009 23:27

Need to choose a new MN name for me for when DD3 arrives as won't be able to be pgwithnumber3 anymore and it fecking well won't be pgwithnumber4.

I know - indecisivef*cker

OP posts:
lovelysongbirdie · 11/01/2009 23:29

if i ever see the talk name pgwithnumber4, i'm flouncing
or at the very least banning baby name threads

dizzydixies · 11/01/2009 23:30

all of mine have 2 middle names through fear of offending people!!!!

kitty - don't you dare tell her your girls names, she's decided and thats that

I'm going to bed and I expect to see this thread has been killed by this post

pgwithnumber3 · 11/01/2009 23:30
