My dd is daisy. I also know a tilda (from matilda) but I think Rosie (surprisingly) is less common. EVERYONE uses Rose as a middle name so I think it's got a bit dull, like calling your dd Isobel. Don't do it, pick something different.

Rosie out of your 3 options.

When our cats had kittens the first two were called Daisy and Rosie, and in the next litter one was called Tilly!

Sorry, just thought it was odd to see all the names in a thread title.

Rosie is a nicer person name IMO

I have a Mathilda

We call her Mat, Mattie, Tilda, Til, Tilly and finally Mathilda

Ah DBXmum makes an interesting point, I'm not in the UK so not up to speed on 'naming fashion', in that case I'd like to change my order of preference:

Rosie, Matilda, Daisy

My BF has just called her new baby Daisy. I like Tilly too. Rosie reminds me of Rosie Webster off Corrie.

Tilda -- I don't like Matilda (I think of that awful Roald Dahl story), but Tilda is a classic English name in its own right, and Tilly is very cute, too.

Rosemary (Rosie) was on my list for DD.

Daisy, I just find it a bit bland. Plus, I don't like names without many obvious nickname options, so that's against it, too.
