Who?

shinyshoes · 31/08/2008 11:41

Who's Sarah Palin? is it summat to do with Micheal Palin?

cyteen · 31/08/2008 11:42

You weren't alone Peapod. Willow is nice and Piper is okay, but the rest...shudder.

Then again, sounds like she has some questionable views on life so not really surprised she's got crap taste in names.

Peapodlovescuddles · 31/08/2008 11:43

republican vp candidate, ie there is a very real possibility this woman is going to be just a 72 year old heartbeat away from being the most powerful person in the world!

cornsilk · 31/08/2008 11:44

who is she?

mumblechum · 31/08/2008 11:46

Apparently she called her eldest Track as she loves running so much .

Piper and Willow are just about ok, but the others.

Well, she is American.

She sounds like a female version of Ronald Reagan to me

Baby names not important when we are dealing with a creationist, anti-abortion devotee of the NRA who does not believe that global warming is a man made phenomenon wiki

saltire · 31/08/2008 11:47

Ah right, I know now who she is. I ahve stopped lsitening to the news about the US presidential elections, mainly becasue I don't understand any of it.
Of course she was only chosen because the Presidentail candidate thought she would get him all the woman votes, he didn't choose her becasue she's any good.
IMO anyway

saltire · 31/08/2008 11:49

Probably just as well she doesn't like sex as much or the child might have been called shag!

MatNanPlus · 31/08/2008 11:49

At the bottom it explains the names, ages 18y-4months, youngest Trig has DS

oh yes, and her favourite food is caribou hotdogs... Caribou which she personally slaughtered!

Boco · 31/08/2008 11:50

I wonder if she named Trig after the character in Only Fools and Horses. And Bristol kind of means tit doesn't it.

Mamazon · 31/08/2008 11:51

trust me, her odd choice in baby names is just the tip of the iceburg.

she is a total fruitcake.

pmsl mb- that's hysterical.

SoupDragon · 31/08/2008 12:13

Is that pronounced Reeding or Redding, MB??

differentID · 31/08/2008 12:14

And shouldn't it be x-Stitch?

suedonim · 31/08/2008 12:16

Oh, MB, Reading is open to so many connotations. Could be where you were when dc was conceived, or even what you were doing when conception took place!

'Bristol titty' is rhyming slang for norks, non?

suedonim · 31/08/2008 12:17

Or maybe you were reading in Reading, hahaha!
