Ellis? I don’t think it would be easy to be a boy called Ella. Rueben and Dylan on your list are nice and not over used.

Eira is most definitely a girls name. Don't name a boy that.

I think there is a similar name, Ira, which is a Hebrew boys name but I'm not a fan of boys names ending in an A apart from Ezra which I quite like

Ella's sound like an item that belongs to a girl named Ella

I love Gabriel, always have. Gabe is a great short form too.

Eira would definitely be assumed to be a girl. As someone who was given a female version of a very similar pronunciation to the boys' name, please don't do that! It's very tiring to be assumed to be of the wrong sex.

I love Meirion, as well as other "old man" Welsh names, like Hefin and Eifion.

I like Gabriel and Reuben.

Is "Ella's" supposed to be Elis or Elias? I like Elis.

Eira - not for a boy. You could use Ira
Meirion - will be mispronounced and misspelt a lot
ei and eir are sounds you don't get in English

Dylan - middle-aged if Welsh-speaking

Ella's - a typo?
The others are ok if you like OT names.

Meirion is nice but would be very unusual for a baby
You could call a baby boy Eirwyn but it too would be unusual

I like Reuben best but I'm not Welsh so may be missing the vibe on some of the Welsh options.

@Calliopespa , Eira is a girls' name. It's the word for snow. It's not unisex.
Meirion is connected with a region and with Portmeirion.
Dylan (DULL-ann) is from mythology and was very popular in the 1960s and 70s.
All 3 have pronunciation issues.

The Bible names also might have pronunciation issues because the Welsh pronunciation is different .
Joshua JOSH-ew-a (ew as in dew not oo)
Ezekiel - Es-ECK-yel
Gabriel - GAB-ree-el
Elias - El-LEE-as
Joel - the oe becomes one sound with no English equivalent
Reuben - REW-ben not ROO-bun. (ew as is dew). Reuben gets misspelt a lot.
