Well Emilia is a variant of Amelia which is a top 10 name. So I’d look at top 100 girls names and choose one not on the list. Quite a few suggested here are top 20.

Phoebe, Clara, Sophia/Sofia, Noa, Lucia (the Italian ch pronunciation), Heidi, Imogen, Felicity, Xanthe, Astrid, Evelyn, and maybe even Marla. Edith/Edie?

Imogen goes really well with those names. There was an Imogen in my son’s class, the only one in the school so not an over populated name. I girl crushed Imogen Stubbs when she was in a DH Lawrence drama year’s ago so always liked the name.(The Rainbow).
