My immediate family all end with different letters, but N is by far the most common letter in my extended family.

Counting parents sisters husband children and sisters' children, y then t, all other names end with different letters (s r e n l a).

N is the most common, then E and then A (about a third less than N)

My daughter and I both have names that end with h. Everyone else has names that end in different letters.

5 x N, 2 x T, 2 x A, 2 x L, and then just a random selection.

There are only 4 of us and no repeated last letters. Going wider to include our parents and siblings it's N, with 3 altogether. I see a lot of people have said N so I'm assuming it's a popular last letter all round - maybe one day when I've got spare time I'll have a look at the top 100 for all our birth years and see if that's usually the case.
