Me my mum and dad end with an n

E, but only two of us. The others are all different.

I have 3 grandparents ending in Y and 3 aunties ending in E and 3 names ending in N (DH, aunty and grandparent).

No other common letters (H, A, P, Y, L) in immediate family, aunts, uncles and grandparents.

immediate family all different - I went the whole hog on siblings and niblings on both mine and DH’s side and got this:

I'd never thought about this but in the 4 generations of my immediate family it's n (Dad and 2 brothers). No other repetitions.
