It’s the German word for Jew. I’m not keen at all

I really like it.

I’m not too keen as I only know female Judes - short for Judith.

I do like it but it’s suddenly become very popular. I think it will be top 10 soon. If that doesn’t bother you then got for it!

I know 3 Jude's born in the last 2 years. But if that doesn't bother you it's a lovely name.

I like it. DS's name and he's the only one in his year of 180. I think there is one further down the school (someone's brother from their year). I have worked with children for 7 years and never had one in my preschool, although we currently have 3 Rivers (2 girls and a boy) out of 45 kids!

It will become increasingly popular due to Bellingham, who is already the most globally famous English player since Beckham and will probably be the next England captain.

It's a popular boy's name for aged 5 and under. The female Judes will be 50s + I guess. Won't seem feminine at all to his peers. I don't love the sound of it though.

I know a handful of men in their late 40s/early 50s called Jude and three boys under 5. I think it’s a lovely name.

I do know some women called Jude and it’s always short for something (Judy or Judith)

I don't like it. Star of David, Bellingham etc. Likely to be very popular, Know several female ones.

I like it - my DS (9) is called Jude. There weren’t as many around when he was born

Having risen from nowhere, it could well fall out of fashion and start to sound dated

It's a name associated with the Nazi persecution of Jewish people during WW2, so I'd avoid it for that reason.
