Lana or Arna

This naming business is difficult work! Still haven't found the 'one' but We like the names Lana and Arna. We already have DD - Isla.
I'm not sure if Arna is actually a real name spelling but that's how we'd pronounce it, like in Frozen 😅
What are your thoughts in these 2 names and which do you prefer? I don't care for any backwards spelling comments as we are aware and I don't think it will be too much of an issue.

Like Lana, but dislike Arna. How about Anya? So much prettier.

Arna is too close to Arla, the Swedish dairy products company. Lana I like - unusual with a pleasing rounding of sound.

The princess in Frozen is Anna. Arna is very unusual.

Lana sounds better than Arna, which sounds like a mispronunciation of a name

I always wondered why they pronounce it ‘arna’ in frozen? Although I do quite like it.

The pronunciation in frozen is just an eastern european pronunciation of Anna.

If you really want that I'd go with Ana with one N

Arna is really not great, sorry!! It’s also Anna, just with questionable pronunciation in Disney. (Edit: hadn’t realised the Eastern European connection as per PP, interesting…)

What about Astrid, Alba, Lara, Malin, Asta, Clara, Freya for a similar vibe?

Arna doesn't sound like a real name to me.
You could call her Alana with the nn Arna .

Arna sounds like a brand name - an arnica ointment or a mishearing of Arla. And it looks daft written down.

Lana is nice.

I love Lana and considered it for our baby but honestly, the fact it spells anal backwards put me off.

Definitely Lana, I have one, it really suits her.

Arna and Isla are far too similar sounding for siblings in my opinion.

Arna will get mixed up with Arnold.
Lana is ok but makes me think of wool and ...

Zara has a similar vibe to Lana ( which I like).

i don't like what lana spells backwards and yes i've heard people make fun of it. spelling it different will just look obvious what you've tried to avoid..
