If you gave birth today (hypothetically) what do you think you would name your baby?

I think if I had a girl she would be Monroe and boy would be Atlas

They would be perfect names for BG twins. They look so good written together, sort of similar without being!

Absolutely love the name Geillis (girl/Outlander).
Traditional boys names like Alexander, Andrew, George.

Not sure for a boy as I have boys and so have used the boys names I liked.

Roy for a boy.

Connie for a girl.

Henry or Victor for a boy.

Felicity or Honor/Honour for a girl.

Clara or Alba for a girl

Quentin or Felix for a boy

Stella, Mara or Amaia for a girl and Joel or Abel for a boy.

Gregory or Lilia.

Boy: James
girl: Katy

but I like normal names and feel sorry for kids with stupid names (like atlas)

Megan, Alyssa, Daisy
Jacob, Oliver, Theo

I don’t have kids and no plans to have any but I would choose Nina for a girl and Sam for a boy

By normal you mean boring...I feel sorry for kids with generic names

There is nothing boring about giving a child a name which doesn't stand out or have any frills. I think someone would rather be called Katy than Starlight.

Atlas is hardly that strange a name. I like traditional and old fashioned names. The only ones I'm not keen are the made up ones like Hashtag or Jumper or whatever.

Many will indeed find being called Katy Smith boring and would much rather be called Seraphina Smith!

Love those names. Traditional but not hugely popular at the moment.

If it was just me deciding i would go with Emily or Anna and Paul. I don't think dh would be keen on any of those names though. We compromised with Emily and it would have been our daughter's middle name but we ended up having 5 boys.
