Out of yours I love Sofia Lily. Other suggestions I think are great are Sofia Charlotte, Sofia Alexandra, Sofia Florence, Sofia Lucy and Sofia Grace. Sofia is sort of East Europe spelling, so I think a classic European name fits best with it.

If you want a botanical name, perhaps Sofia Bryony or Sofia Hebe... although it doesn't exactly fit with what I said above! Other more Mediterranean flower names:

I also wondered about SLT but to me it's only Senior Leadership Team, which doesn't seem too bad.

SAT is more of a risk in case they marry and become SAD, SAG, SAP...
