I like Dorothea (but not usual English pronunciation)
Other names I like but not as Dorothea are Arabella, Camille, Celia and Juliette (but mostly keen on Juliet). Sadie and Genevieve I find ok, but all the name are usable and fine.

Sienna - don't like, very popular
Arabella - too long, Bella a bit like a pet's name
Isabelle - too frilly and Isabelle/Isabela too popular
Lena or Elena - Leena, Lenna or Layna? too complicated
Savannah - looks nice but a bit (word rhyming with Sav)
Ruby - OK, probably popular as a pet's name
Alana - A-lana, Al-anna or Alan-a? Too complicated.
Dorothea - love Dorothy, don't like Dorothea or Thea
Harper - no, will date badly
Samantha - nice but very 1970
Juliette - Juliet is much nicer
Celia - OK
Josie - OK if short for Josephine
Cassidy - awful
Cassandra - I like Cassie

Camille - Cam-ee or Cam-eel? Too complicated and I don't like Cam

Sienna - dated, a bit less popular these days (which you might like!), more for kids 5+, a nice sound
Arabella - a bit horsey
Isabelle - Isabel or Isobel are good. Very popular especially in your suggested spelling
Lena or Elena - both great names
Savannah - nice
Ruby - not a fan. Nothing wrong with it though.
Alana - fine. Prefer Elena.
Dorothea - great name. Liked it since reading the Swallows and Amazons series.
Harper - my least favourite on your list, a very harsh sound
Samantha - never liked it
Juliette - spelt Juliet is a lovely name
Celia - fine
Josie - nice if short for Josephine
Cassidy - surname-y but a nice sound
Cassandra - really good, classical name
Sadie - fine
Camille - not so nice in English, Camilla is better

Gabrielle - I don't like Gabs or Gabby. Actually not a fan of the Gab bit at all, prefer Marielle

Sienna is so common now. I know 3 just off the top of my head. That would put me off.
I think Samantha is a bit boring/common and you'd have to be fine that she'd get Sammy or Sam.
I like Arabella, Isabelle or Isabella and Juliette. I dislike all the others. Especially Genevieve, it sounds really pretentious.

Lena and Samantha are my faves.

A real mix of name styles here!

Juliet (this simpler spelling) is stunning and my favourite .Alana, Celia and Cassandra are also beautiful. All are underused, feminine and elegant imo.

Genevieve, Arabella, Isabelle and Elena are nice enough, if more popular .

Your other choices I find very trendy - especially Harper, Sienna, Cassidy etc and I’m not sure they will age well (Samantha, Josie and Gabrielle are already possibly a bit dated?).
