This is light hearted and not intended to make fun. Just wondering what the most unusual or out there names you’ve heard lately?

I know a Hunnie, a Bleubell (spelled like this) and a Honey Blossom, what about you?

Is it definitely not Cybi, the Welsh name?

GoingMadder · 16/08/2024 11:59

Didn't we have the exact same thread a few weeks ago? Just need to wait for L-a or simililar.

There was a story on the internet a while ago saying that a child’s parents had complained about cabin crew laughing at her name

Name was Abcde, pronounced Absidee

I went school with a Laurina, never heard it since. Lovely name I think

I met a baby Plum once (girl) which surprised me. This was in Brighton though, so 🤷

Also in Brighton, a girl named Princessing. That really was her name She went by ‘Prinny’. Her siblings had some quite unusual names too. Django and Geronimo if I remember correctly (and others, they were a big family).

This is so ludicrous. I sort of love it for its ridiculousness. Was it a portmanteau of the parents’ names by any chance?

JC03745 · 16/08/2024 13:28

This exact question was asking last week- I shall link if I can find it.
