Is Zaffy a name?

Stuck for a boys name we both like. Love Raffy and Ziggy and a few others but I'm not convinced. Is Zaffy a name, have I just made that up? I quite like it! Any other similar sounding names you could recommend? Thoughts?

I used to know a Zafiros, who was of Greek origin. I guess that could be shortened to Zaffy.

It sounds feminine to me - as a soundalike to Saffy ( Saffron) or Sephie ( Josephine or Persephone).

I guess you could have Joseph nn Sephy too? But I suspect once in high school he’ll insist on Joe.

No it's a not a name but that doesn't seem to stop some people from naming their kids all sorts of made up wonders.
