Honestly, neither.

Both sound rather ‘the opposite of posh’.

Haha fair enough, me and dh like them. I knew there would be some people who would think they were dated, which I agree they kind of are but they are solid names that won't cause any spelling issues imo.

I'm not crazy about them to be honest. I like Morven, a Welsh name, which is a bit similar but more ethereal and romantic sounding. The name closest to Demi I like is Leni.

If you have to then Morgan. Demi is awful.

The name Demi makes me think of John "Demi-John" Brooke, Meg's son, in "Little Women" (Louisa May Alcott).

Not Demi I know it's supposed to be pronounced with the emphasis on the -mi but over here (as opposed to in the US) it's more likely to sound like half of something.

Morwen is Welsh. Morwenna is Cornish.

I love 90s names! Makes such a refreshing change from all the samey boring names you hear these days, I prefer Morgan of the two but nothing wrong with Demi either

Of the two I prefer Morgan.
