I went to school with a Clover back in the 80s. I think it's a lovely name.

Love it.

It sounds so masculine, like Grover.

My initial thoughts were jokes about 4 leafed clover 🍀.
But spreading like butter and the sexual innuendo that goes with it. No definitely not.

Maybe Honeysuckle instead?

It’s quite sweet, and in the era when kids get animal names (Hunter, Roman and Willow were the latest I’ve known) and pets get human names, anything goes!

I prefer Lurpak- slightly salted.

I do initially think of cows, but I don't think it's insurmountable. I quite like it.

I then think of the song Crimson and Clover which I absolutely love.
